Jack in the Box

This is the worst Jack in the Box this side of Houston, and it's not even close. Service is horrendous. 4 cars ahead of me upon arrival, 20 minutes to get to order, another 25 to get cold food ordered half an hour ago. Staff is rude, ignorant of, or don't care about, their job requirements. Rude, unfriendly, absolutely zero sense of urgency. Entire staff is clueless and incompetent, and needs to be replaced. Absolutely the worst service I've ever had at a Jack in the Box, and worst service I have ever had at a chain fast food restaurant. I understand it's fast food, but ZERO expectations were met at this location. Shameful excuse for a restaurant. Do not go here.

There were no people and yet it took them a while to serve me and give me the food.

Decent food. Decent speed. Employees put in the effort required and weren't unfriendly. My food came out a little old and they under portioned my tacos. My girlfriend however got fresh and good portioned food. A little miffed but I get how the fast food service is. Willing to give it a chance in the future. I'd still beat Jack's ass in a rap battle tho.

There were 2 cards ahead of me and it has taken over 30minutes to place order and receive food. For fast food this is anything but. Also they were out of some items on their menu as well.

Ordered 2 #6's. And mini tacos. Only got the burgers, no fries or drinks but was charged for the meals. And NO sauces for the tacos. Bad bad

There is one item I still buy from Jack in the Box - the large egg rolls. They are very tasty. My favorite fast food for more than 20 years.

Well, the guy who took our order in the drive thru repeatedly interrupted us making my boyfriend and I feel rushed while ordering. Then at the window the same guy was rude and short with us while collecting our payment and passing our food to us. Also I asked for NO cheese and received not only cheese but Xtra cheese,lol. Overall it was a stressful visit that left us both in a sour mood.

I had to return my food because it was cold and I asked for fresh well done tacos and we had just pulled out of the drive-thru. I was and am very disappointed because I love eating at jack in the box but my experience has made me very upset. Good customer service is not just how you treat the customers, it's also the quality of food you put out, I can care less how long I would have to wait for my food as long as it is fresh and hot.

Ordered ahead on the app, waited 20 mins in line only to get told to pull around and wait longer. Store should have extra lanes or be open inside for pickups or staff more people, I have had nothing but similar experiences from this location in the last few months and it always makes me hesitant to order. But it’s the closest jack in the box so it sucks to always be disappointed when I decide to give it a go again hoping it will be better. I was driving thru with A Lyft driver and was charged extra for the wait. It literally cost me money to pick up this food. Thanks for costing me money
