I just left this location...I walked in around 8pm to an empty store & was not greeted by the young man that was standing at the counter. He walked towards the back of the store and another gentleman stepped forward. He seemed annoyed or frustrated, so I said, "I'll take a #13". With an attitude, he says, " what bread?" I don't frequent Jersey Mikes, so I'm unfamiliar with their bread offerings, so I stood confused. He huffed, white, wheat, rosemary? I replied wheat. He cut the bread, but didn't bother to ask what size sandwich I wanted. Luckily, I wanted a regular. When he got to the lettuce, tomato, etc station, he just stood there. I replied, I'll take everything. He then says, "Mike's way?!" I reply, I don't know what that is. He begrudgingly tells me & I say, no onions please. The entire interaction was uncomfortable & gave the impression that I was an inconvenience to him. Richard, the less-than-delightful sandwich maker could use a bit of training on how to interact with people. (The only way I know his name is because it was printed on the receipt I insisted on having after paying)

Our orders always take forever to get filled. Tonight our pick up time was 6:21 and I did not walk out of there til 7pm. I was told at 6:35, ten minutes after I got there, that our order was delayed because they didn't have any thawed gluten free buns and it would take another 10 to 15 minutes for it to thaw.Dietary restrictions: Offers gluten free bread but they don't have them readily available.

The first time I came into this Jersey Mike's, I had a great experience. However, this last time I came in, I felt completely rushed. Nobody paid attention to what I was ordering. I couldn't even barely finish my sub order before they were pushing me to the checkout line and the person in the back was talking to the employees and distracting them from remembering the orders they had to ask me three times what I ordered. I may not come back

This location is always so nice! Always greeted with a smile, if you don't want to wait(like some of the people have complained about) I suggest using this great thing called technology to place your order ahead of time through the jersey mikes app! Also idk greet people with a smile and kindness and I'm sure you'll get the same back!:)
The subs are okay, but the restaurant overall was pretty dirty. I'm glad I didn't get sick eating here because I was definitely concerned.

First we placed a order thru the website then they forgot a sandwich, no biggie they gave us the sandwich and we went home. Come to find out it’s the completely wrong sandwich just a double of one we already had. Then we drive back and the manager had the annoyed and absurd attitude while remaking our sandwich making the vibe so tense. Going to actively avoid this place it feels like it’s run by a bunch of teens that don’t care.
