I love this place! But I just tried to place a to-go order and the employee was either laughing or crying and asked me to hold and then picked the phone up for a second, made weird sounds, and then left me on hold for 5 minutes before I finally hung up.

Our family loves to go here because the grandkids can play in the playground while we wait for food. The food & service were great & the ice cream is always a favorite!!

Drinks didn’t come out until after our main courses. This included a non alcoholic drink. This location has been here TOO long to not have their ish together. Gave them another try after serving visibly undercooked shrimp. And the shrimp trip was already a second chance after being seated for 15 mins with no server the previous trip! 3 strikes, you’re out. When a previous restaurant host, server, manager calls you out - you have a problem. They need to utilize all tricks of the trade available to make sure guests don’t notice they are struggling. Managers should have been expo/runners. Instead of walking around with empty hands and half a$$ed apologies. Bring a corporate trainer.

We waited for an hour and half without being seated. Then decided to get food to go and was told it was a 45 minute wait. My mistake for waiting so long in the first place. We will never go back.

It was not prepared correctly. It is my second enchilada and I almost did not eat it it looks so badly. The cheese sauce was breaking up or something. Gross.

Our food wasn’t great at first but the manager Brandon made it right for us however our server is truly amazing we didn’t have to ask for anything refills on everything she made it happen we drove 3 hours and she made our experience everything if you come to eat here ASK FOR CELINE and thanks to BRANDON for making our experience BETTER we will be back ?
