Been coming here over the years and the burritos are still amazing but sad that they don't expect tap pay or cash anymore. It makes it difficult to pay when one of your cards is having issues or is expired and waiting for a physical copy for the new one.

I've been coming here a while now, but I'm honestly sick and tired of being nickel and dimed every time I stop by. It seems like half the time I come here they will sneak in a charge for salsa. I usually get two burritos, and being charged extra for two tiny thimbles of salsa tells me all I need to know about your company. If you're that hard up for money, maybe stay open for lunch like normal people instead of alienating customers.
Not only that, but the quality has gone down hill besides the tortillas, they are still delicious. I've started "meal prepping" my own burritos at home with tortillas from HEB and the savings and quality speak for themselves.

Long time customer here. THEY CHARGE FOR SALSA WHEN PURCHASING A $10 BURRITO. The place has changed names 3 times since my first visit. The original Big Juan burrito was massive and could not ever finish it. The bacon would span the length of the burrito and if I didn't finish the burrito I would finish the bacon. Today I went and ordered my usual Big Juan with extra bacon. I opened it up to put salt and pepper and there were 2 small pieces of bacon waiting inside. The cashier walked by and showed her that both pieces lined up would span the burrito and she said yes that's is how the bacon is" sorry it fried"she finishes. Poor customer service there. I will be slowing my frequency down to this establishment dur to greed and poor customer service. The "Big Juan" is the staple of the establishment and they are doing it no justice. Farewell

I've been to Juanderful a few times in the past, but it has been a while. Today, as I was making my choice, the staff saw me looking at the menu at their lunch option ls and told me that there, Philly steak was really good I got it as a bowl amd was very surprised at how good it was. Top notch ?

I visit Juanderful Burrito multiple times a week and have for years but was very disappointed with this visit and upset they do not list a phone number to contact them with issues. I was in a hurry this time because I needed to make an appointment but it took significantly longer than the drive through and made me late for my appointment. What was most upsetting is I ordered and paid for a burrito but found after I left that I was given the much smaller taco. They have a display of the difference in size on the counter. This is almost half the size of the burrito I always order. A couple weeks ago, they gave me a burrito that had completely different ingredients than I ordered so I had to throw it away because I do not like the ingredients they gave me. They need to do better making sure you receive what you order and I'd suggest not trusting it is accurate and checking before leaving.
I guess if you never answer your phone you can't hear how you screwed up an order and how you are going to make it right.

I have been coming here for about two years. Overall, I love the food but I only ever swing through for the breakfast tacos. They really need to upgrade the speaker at the drive thru because every time I try to order they say they can't hear me or my order is completely wrong at the window. They are very quick though! Only complaint: I wish they weren't so stingy with the salsa. When I order a taco ($5ish) I only get one and when I order a burrito ($10), which is twice the size, I still only get one salsa. Slightly annoying.
