New to the area and this is my closest kolache factory. First time in and hoped for the best and wow did I get it. The service was incredibly friendly and even offered great recommendations. Plus it was very quick even while being warmed up. Ingredients taste great and everything cooked perfectly. I'll be back!

The girl who helped me was very rude, I wanted to use my application and she completely ignored me, she gave me the empty coffee cup and didn't want to give me a lid, what an ugly service, it had never happened to me

Today I spent $35 at Kolache Factory on 306 Gulf Fwy N, League City, TX 77573. The order was wrong and I drove all the way back up there and the employee told me there’s nothing she can do. In her broken english, she said I agreed to egg and cheese instead of what I ordered bacon egg and cheese. She was rude and unhelpful. This is terrible customer service and will not be using Kolache Factory any further.

I absolutely love Kolache factory. It’s definitely treat for my kids and I love how creative they are with new styles! However, I would highly avoid them if you plan on getting a bulk order. They are not equipped to take care of you in a timely manner. When I arrived, I noted my intentions and let them know. I needed two large boxes of coffee they said it’s your only be 8 to 10 minutes after I checked out I was told 10 to 15 minutes however it took 35 minutes in total making me late for a meeting that I was hosting . Do not come here if you plan on getting in and out with a large order.
By the way when I arrived at 6:40am there was no one in the parking lot and I was the only person in the store. The staff ignored me as they clearly saw it was taking too much time and never offered an apology.
