Terrible service. I’d rather skip this place and drive to the Bay Area location since they do better. The lady who served me rushed me out, which was RUDE. Kolaches weren’t fresh and warmed up like I requested. Not going back.

1. The food is really good and they put a great amount of filling in the kolache.2. The pastries were kinda hard like they had been sitting out, mind you this was about 10:30 am.3. This is bakery style, so the food is fresh for the day, but not ready made. I'm not sure if they will warm it up for you in house.4. I don't recommend them for a delivery unless you have a microwave or way to warm up the food.5. Staff is incredibly nice and the place is really clean.We visited here as a delivery and in house. I honestly encourage you to stop by for breakfast or a snack.

The blueberry strudel was old, over priced. And not much fruit, waitress was rude ,did not have gloves on and did not say thank you after purchase, I will not return.

Good and service are great the person behind the counter was attentive to my group. Food was great price was good.
I'm normally a fan of Kolache factory and use their rewards app for a once a week purchase for the office usually at a different Pearland location. My visit today was a little disappointing when I tried this location, with the following concerns:1) one working register2) a sign saying they weren't doing rewards at this location (not a new sign from what I could tell)3) no dozen discount for buying multiple kolaches ($40 for 12 small kolaches is steep compared to other brands)4) and maybe it's a fluke, but my coffee cup leaked after less than an hour at the bottom, which left rings on all surfaces in my car/desk.The variety was great, but I'm not sure I'd come back to this location.
