Laredo Taco Company

I've ordered from doordash multiple times and my order is wrong every single time I think the last time my order was right was the very first time I ordered after that it's been ridiculously disappointing...I just ordered again off doordash i order the same thing every single time! And it's still wrong I don't think they can read or there just incompetent I ordered a chorizo egg taco with bacon strips and I get bacon and egg I get 3 tacos 1 with chorizo potatoes 1 with chorizo and egg and 1 qtaco and I got 2 bacon and egg like how do u get that mixed up I love these tacos but the employees are seriously dumb or something now ima have to find a different taco place and it's sad cuz I really love these tacos or they short me a taco or forget my red sauce you can't have tacos without red sauce man like come on
Also!! To top it off you can't even call to make sure they do make your order right which I shouldn't even have to do!!!I've tried calling the number on their website and it has a busy dial tone every single time they can't even be reached!! Also to get to the website the website page won't ever load!! The page can't load like you can't call them then you can't get on the website Man oh man!! This place is alllll the way messed up they need new employees new management because there giving laredo taco a very bad name!!

First time coming to Laredo taco in quite some time. Ordered 9 different tacos of different meats. Very disappointed, food tasted bad, meat was chewy as if old. It's def not the same Laredo taco I remember it as. I won't be going back.

The tacos can be good, at a price that is really reasonable… but the stars must be aligned just so, for you to walk away satisfied.

They promise a salsa bar, however, it's hit or miss. Pico de Gallo makes their tacos much better, but it’s not a given that the bar is stocked and if it is, sometimes the tomatoes and onions have been barely chopped and I have even seen the tomato core or the root end of the onion left in.

Sometimes the tortilla is hard and brittle or tough and unchewable.

This morning, they deliberately gave me the wrong taco. I ordered two identical tacos. They had an extra taco from a previous order, sitting on the counter, that was mistakenly made.
They decided to just give the extra one to me, rather than make the one I asked requested. The mistakenly made taco was completely different from what I asked for. There were no other orders at the time, so there was no way this was a mistake. They just don’t care about making customers happy.

I didn’t get what I ordered. The tacos didn’t taste good, the salsa bar was dirty, and didn’t have enough serving spoons for the salsa. Staff just standing around talking with each other and not making any acknowledgment of customers coming in. I won’t be back. I just hope I don’t get sick from how dirty the store was.

Unfortunatetly this was my first & my last time here. The food looked old and there refried beans were all crusty so was the rice, To top it off the the service was not friendly. There was an older gentleman ahead of me, asking the server questions she really looked annoyed with him and wasn’t very kind. She than walked over to the registers and stood there, while myself and another individual was in line she didn’t offer to help us. A woman walked in the building and asked me “have you been helped” I told her “no.” Than another woman rushed over to the serving line and I made an order. Than I go to pay for the meal, the cashiers are talking about personal things as in Dr.Appts etc. This establishment was messy and very unprofessional. I wasn’t going to make the purchase but it was too late. It was in the moment and I had stood there for too long already. Wasted my lunch break…. What a disappointment!! ??????

Does this facility ever have coffee? The last two times I've gone in the morning 5:30 ish, there isn't any coffee. Is the coffee available after 8? I lately have had to get my tacos there and go somewhere else for coffee. Just curious ??

I don't know how they can have 4 to 5 people working, yet somehow they are out of tortillas, which tend to be pretty important for a taco shop, or out of the bacon/eggs almost every time I've gone there. There seems to be 1 or 2 people working up front and more than that in the back and there will be a line of people just waiting to order. The store manager will talk down to the food workers about how they should have everything done but if she is the manager, it seems to me that she should be managing and not let it get to that point. If the manager had managed better, she wouldn't have to yell at them in front of a store full of customers, but she always seems to be too busy walking around and not helping until it's too late. She was bragging about how the store would ve on the news 2 weeks ago and when someone asked why, she said she isn't supposed to say anything.... then why is she yelling it to a store full of people??? An employee was tied up in the office and robbed but she is so worried that she has to "tell" everyone with ears about it.

This store manager needs to go to other stores in smaller cities and learn what good customer service is. Refusal to refill the salsa bar when there is literally no salsa is just ridiculous. It would have taken 2 minutes to refill the salsas. What good are tacos without salsa?!

Convenient stop for breakfast tacos. It's not bad for gas station food, really solid tacos and a huge drink selection! There is a toppings bar with 5 Salsas! The habanero salsa is just the right heat! You can fill a tiny to go cup and add it as you are eating. The staff is always friendly and greet you as you enter.

They have gotten extremely stingy with their portions here portions. For instance, How can one offer a 2 taco plate with 1 tortilla? They constantly mess up orders. This place is going down hill.
