Consistently terrible every single time I’ve been there which is pretty bad when the expectations are already set for $5 pizza….If you’re lucky enough to get a pizza…..Nothing is ever “hot and ready.” It wouldn’t be so bad if the customer service wasn’t horrible. Every single employee at this location could benefit from customer service training. Maybe take notes from the Dickinson location.

Showed up when my pizza was supposed to be done just to wait another 5 minute for an employee to come and greet me...just to tell me that my pizza wasn't ready. This place needs more employee and better management considering how busy they get. I WAITED ANOTHER 25minutes after my pizza was supposed to be done.... not coming back.

This location has nothing actually hot and ready. You'll be told to wait 5 to 10 minutes and end up waiting 20 minutes. Make sure you're not in a hurry if you come here.

My son went in the pick up our pizza and waited 30 minutes because there wasn’t anyone at the service desk! Then I tried to call them and I waited on the phone for 45 minutes and still nobody answered the phone. Poor management, and poor service!! Pizza was cold and undercooked!! Dont waste your time or money!!

We went in during a rush and the employees were working hard so they were unable to come to the counter. I can understand that but we weren’t even acknowledged until I asked if we could order after 15 mins. We waited 30 mins which is understandable during a rush but the thing that was frustrating was that we waited 30 minutes, paid extra money to have garlic and butter put on our two pizzas and they didn’t do that. It took so long to even be able to order that we didn’t want to wait another 15 mins just to get the garlic and butter put on like we paid for. .

June 5, 2025 ordered a pretzel crust pizza and this is what I got. Like wth is this? Looks nothing like the photo.

Came here Saturday August 31st, ordered a pizza that was pepperoni on the whole thing but then black olives and jalapeños on one half. Look at this pizza, does it look like half pepperoni only? Then I had to cut it myself. Jesus, somebody needs to be trained. Horrible

These people do not use gloves when making the pizzas, then they see you standing there waiting for someone to come take your order or help you and they just ignore you. Very slow service.

Went back today (July 23rd) same thing…walked in guy standing there at counter (black rimmed glasses) sees me then just counts change for a couple of minutes in the money drawer. Does not say anything to me. He should say, “Hi how are you doing? I’ll be with you in a moment” nothing. Unprofessional, then he finally asks me what I’d like after a few more minutes. Who ever does the hiring here needs to learn how to hire the right people, ones who have good customer service skills.

The guy at the store is really nice they had good vibe you know wasn't overly hectic inside there like other little Caesars that being said that caused a few hot and ready to stay in the hot boxes a bit to long. Outside of that great experience
