I have been here multiple times and they usually have ok services but recently their service has been slow I just waited over an hour for my order, they were kind and gave me a 2 litter for free but it was a lot of waiting for "about 10-15 mins" if was just inaccurate.

the girl who was working the registers was snatching things and giving a attitude on top of her being aggressive i waited 30 mins to find out she didn’t even place my order correctly now having to wait even longer

I ordered a pretzel crust pizza because I thought it looked good online. Would I received was nothing like what I ordered. It was flat and hard and had a 3" ring of crust around it that did not resemble a pretzel at all unless you count pretzel salt as making it pretzel crust. So I went back in and showed the guy at the counter the pizza and he didn't seem to find anything wrong with it. He said they exposed a lot of crust on purpose for pretzel crust and I told him it wasn't pretzel crust, that it looked like a thin crust pizza with some pretzel salt on it and he said maybe they just didn't put enough butter on it and that he would fix it for me and I said no thank you. So they remade me one that looked worse than the original except it had butter on it so it made the crust cook darker but that does not make it a pretzel crust. The second "pizza" is basically a frisbee with a tiny bit of cheese, some pepperoni, and some pretzel salt on it. It is flat and hard like a thin crust and does not look or taste good. And they didn't seem to care that what they're passing off as pizza looks nothing like what they're advertising online. I have attached pictures of what I ordered versus the two pizzas I received for reference.

Everything we ordered was basically raw and doughy. Maybe if they took the time to do it right instead of rushing they would get higher stars. Pizza is not that hard to make. Incompetent management. Sad that we live in a world where no one will be held accountable for this and I'm out basically 50 bucks instead of more like 20. You just lost business and I would warn others to steer clear. READ THE REVIEWS!!

1-1/2 hour wait for 2 pizzas and it’s still “in the oven”. Sent an email as well as feedback through the app and not a peep from them 2 weeks later. This location, and their corporate office, doesn’t seem to care about customer service. Little Caesars gets business off of price and convenience. Take away the convenience and you have a subpar dining experience that I, personally, will not be experiencing again.

Absolute worst service ever! If you have 2-3 hours to wait on your food with no line then this is the place for you. They don’t get the app orders half the time. Rude when you go in and ask for your food. No consideration for their mistakes. Finding a new location.
This place has no clue what customer service is. People talking in the back while customers wait 10+ minutes before their order is taken. Staff your people better so they can attend to the customers walking in.

It's fast food... BUT! The little check out girl was personable, kind and had a great attitude! Not only that, they actually had some hot-n-ready's that were, in fact, Hot and Ready. Fabulous.Maybe not the healthiest choice (especially after roller skating practice) but it feeds the family after a late night and I didn't hate the place.I was hesitant at first - because no drive through and yuk peopling is gross - but it was actually nice and the humans in the building were inviting.I'll go back when I need an easy and quick dinner. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the friendly service was exceptional. Thanks!
