The food is good…if you ever get it. We waited 2 HOURS with no food in sight and left. There were empty tables all around the place but nothing was coming out of the kitchen. Sunday afternoon.

Unprecedented. After 62 years of dining, this was the very first time my food actually NEVER came! After 2 hours, we just had to walk out. At no point in time did anyone from management stop to apologize! Absolutely bizarre! Feels like the start of the end. How long will it be until they are serving breakfast everyday as well!

What a joke of a place. Went there to have a sandwich, they seated me outside. 15 minutes later no service. Went inside to ask for a manager, everyone in there is a manager that what I was told. How can you run a business with that many managers that doesn’t know how to run a business. That place is a joke!!!

Really wanted to like this restaurant but had a terrible experience. It took literally an hour and a half to get our food. My daughter’s food came out incorrectly and when we mentioned it to the waitress, she apologized, offered to take it off the bill and give her a free dessert to make up for the whole experience. After paying the bill we noticed we were in fact charged $14 for the “free dessert”

I really wanted to rate this place better. The service was great. The location and feel, really good. The food was just off. The risotto was the highlight of the meal. The meat was as ordered but cool. The potatoes had a microwaved quality to them. The warm desert was also cool. Members of our party said it's normally better. I will return to try again. If based on the service, easily a 5, but I go out to eat for the food. And it just fell short.

Had one of the worst service experiences of my entire life at this place. We were seated fairly quickly and our order was taken. It took OVER AN HOUR to receive our appetizer and then another 10 mins from there to receive our entrees. The entire time, out waitress did not check in on us one single time. The restaurant wasn't even totally packed or anything. There were people 6-8 people working the front of the house and not one person checked in on us. Multiple tables nearby were complaining about the extremely slow service. One table even walked out right as their food was coming out because they ran out of time waiting. Then when it was time to pay, we had to stand up and hand the waitress our bill because she WOULD NOT stop by the table and pick it up.
Now, onto the food- it was absolutely too tier. Everything we ate was very tasty and exceeded expectations. That's why Main St Bistro is getting 2 ⭐ instead of one. I see a lot of the negative reviews are due to slow service- they really need to figure this out and then I'd consider this a 5⭐ restaurant.

My vintage girls and I had the absolute best time.
Liz and her coworker were just absolutely amazing with us.
Get the king cake cheesecake with a cup of black coffee and you will just be in Heaveeennnn.
This was the worst breakfast my wife and I have ever had. Eggs were cold hashbrowns burnt and biscuit frozen. Wife ordered pancakes first round not cooked second round burnt on bottom and sided. Felt sorry for the waitress however we will never go back to Main Street Bistro..

Can’t rate food. Never received any to eat. I been to a lot of restaurants but this is absolutely the worst. I was there for over 1hour and never served. As for as service I waited a good 30 minutes before I had to track a server down. To no avail. I finally just got up and left. And will never go back.

We arrived around 7 45. Walked in place super cute lots look at. The server came by and asked if we were ready. obviously we were not since she just brought the menu. We ordered our food. It came out rather quickly but there weren't many people. The server left and sat down and started rolling silverware. Food was not what we ordered so I tried to wave and get her attention. Sat there ate my salad while I waited for her to return. When I asked her if she ever had white beef before she replied no. I said me either I ordered chicken fried ribeye. She argued that I ordered chicken. My wife said no he ordered ribeye. She got attitude with my wife then asked do u want it remade. Just not worth money or the time I won't be back
