My bf & I normally go to the Bay Area location but this one was closer. BIG MISTAKE. We first noticed a roach at the top of the menu board. Then the woman comes to get our order but noticed another roach at the bottom corner of the menu board as well. .at this point we are both wanting to leave but the woman is standing is front of us waiting for us to order making it awkward to decide. We go ahead and get two smalls thinking maybe it’s just 2 roaches because it’s hot outside? Uhhh no…there was a THIRD ROACH walking across the counter when we went to pay. And even a fourth roach on the floor by the trash can when we were leaving. Ice cream was already melting as we were leaving. Waste of money! Never coming back.

Went there and was helped by 2 people, one of them was younger and very nice, the other was an older woman dressed in normal clothes who was unfriendly. She was helping my boyfriend and as he was picking his toppings she turned around to package up the pint, didn’t ask if he was finished or anything.

We have been going to this location for years but recently the ice cream is melting before you get it, the store is incredibly hot inside & roaches were spotted too. We will never return.

Ewww. Took my teen for ice cream (this store used to be amazing) walked inside and it's down right hot inside, like sauna hot, like go outside where it's 95°+ humidity and still better outside. This being an ice cream shop the inside temp effects the product... The service was okay, nothing special but no complaints. Ice cream was melting before we took a bite. Even if I had wanted to sit inside and eat, after witnessing multiple live and just as many dead roaches in and around the dining room we discarded our ice cream and left. Really gross. Such a shame and waste of money.

Upon entering the facility, I noticed an older lady seated and engrossed in her phone, which seemed normal at first. The place was empty, and I received a standard greeting. I ordered a 2-scoop waffle cup with one topping, but I also requested extra raspberries. As I went to open the door for my wife and child because she couldn't manage it with him in her arms, I turned back to find that the cup was already prepared.To my dismay, the ice cream had completely melted, and there were hardly any toppings left. When I asked why the cup looked so unappealing, the lady didn't even bother replying and quickly returned to her cellphone to resume watching her favorite show.Meanwhile, a younger lady attended to my wife. After we finished trying to enjoy the watery ice cream, she rushed us to pay, as if I would run away without paying my bill while holding two infants. It left me shaking my head in disbelief.We flew all the way from Dubai to have a nice vacation, only to be treated with such a nonchalant attitude. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and cannot recommend it in the slightest.

SAW 3 BABY ROACHES (which means infestation) !!!! including one behind the counter where the ice cream is!!! We will NEVER go back to this location, it needs to be shut down. Also, it is so hot in there, as soon as they hand you ice cream, it gets all over you. Ice cream soup. Please please PLEASE, do NOT go here!!!!
Not sure if management has changed or they are having a hard time but we’ve visited this location annually for the past six years with family. The air con wasn’t working and they’ve installed ceiling fans all over (cost cutting?)The ice cream was melted before they made it, the staff are sweet but aren’t closing the lids so it’s melting. The mint chocolate was mixed with maraschino cherries in the ice cream mix. Only one bathroom was working and they were out of paper towels. A food delivery guy gave up when the order wasn’t ready and they clearly weren’t making it anytime soon (he wait 10 min).We also take a photo in the alley outside and it’s filled with cigarettes and ice cream that’s been thrown on the wall. We acknowledge that’s maybe not the responsibility of marble slab but the whole experience overall was incredibly disappointing and a waste of money.

After a long hot day in the sun, I decided to take our family here for a cool treat. First off, it wasn’t cool at all because it was just as hot inside the building as it was outside. Because of the temperatures inside, we decided to take our ice cream to-go. We walked outside to the car and our ice cream was already melted. We ended up driving down the road and throwing it away at a nearby gas station. The consistency of the ice cream wasn’t how I remembered marble slab as being. Also, it was $28… not worth it.

I love Marble Slab, but I've noticed at this location the ice cream is unusually soft... either there is a problem with their freezer, or they are running too warm to make the ice cream softer and easier to scoop. That's a big problem for many reasons, and it's kind of gross. No thank you!
