Went and ate there last night. It was great! I asked the manager (Brooke) who made my pizza, and it was a girl named Bianca. Best pizza I've had in a long time. Ask for Bianca to make your pie. You'll love it!

Not only will this location argue with you when they totally mess up your order and forget the toppings you ordered but they do not seem to care for sanitation. Hair baked under the cheese and foul tasting cheese to top it off like everything is not kept at proper holding temperatures. You will pay top dollar for cold pizza that is made wrong stored improperly and have to deal with some girl who will argue with you about your order. Stay away from this place. You will regret spending your hard earned money here.

I ordered pizza twice from this place, both times were extremely disappointing, this is the second time my order has been wrong, I called today to place an order, asked for pan tossed EXTRA white sauce, i get a pizza that isn’t pan tossed and barley any sauce. I usually don’t write google reviews but this was extremely overwhelming and an inconvenience for me. I’d like to get what u order and what I pay for. Employees need to do a better job on LISTENING to what their customer is asking for. This is ridiculous.

Food is great, BUT when I call in my order they have very few (if any) specials vs when I order online they have tons of specials, discounts, and coupons.

I prefer to call my order in bc I can’t customize my pizza online the same way I can when I call. Very frustrating bc I have to order online then call to clarify my order!!

I pay $38 (call in) vs $25 (online) for my order.

A simple fix is to add a comment section to the online ordering.

Or have the same options online and in store.
UPDATE: The owner responded to our issue and thoroughly researched what happened. He was very kind and truly listened to the problem with our recent orders.
We will definitely continue to be loyal customers after our interaction with him.

Charged me $17.04 for this pizza. Said $13.59 for a large one topping. Receipt says he charged me for a build your own. I asked him to fix it and he wouldn’t. These people only care about making money. Zero stars in my book. Won’t be back.

I got the Triple Pepperoni Magnifico pizza. It was so greasy. Had puddles of it in the box. It was good but definitely a lot more greaser than expected.

I have been a customer for nearly 4 years and the food is ok but I have had problems with the website and mobile app. Tonight I tried to place an order 6 times on the website each time getting a message that "this order does not match this account." Same thing with the mobile app. I called and a snippy "customer service rep" at League City replied that she was not responsible for the website. I hung up. You lost a customer.

Food was great, I just don't understand how they can charge you for 15pc wings but only put 10pc. Does nobody verify the orders? Couldn't report on their website for whatever reason, so here I am.
