Ordered my pizza I was told it would take 15min I was the only customer in the store and my pizza sat for another 15min while the cashier sat on his phone and never handed me my pizza. It took another employee to realize I had been in there for over 30min at this point to hand me my pizza. While I was waiting for my pizza, they were making pizza for themselves

We've ordered from here quite a bit but last night makes me not want to return. We ordered 2 pizzas on their app and got an email later saying the order was ready. I show up to get our pizzas and only one is made. I was told it would be 8-10 minutes later. Ummmm, okay. . I go back in later and they still haven't made my second pizza! Like what in the world?? Come to find out a delivery person took it "by accident" and I had to wait another 15 minutes for a chicken and cheese pizza. The manager knew I was waiting and would not make eye contact or talk with me. Very disappointed in the whole ordeal.

Ordered take out, bone in Buffalo wings, got boneless, which totally sucked, pizza would of been good but had virtually no sauce on it. Probably will not order from here again, actually the boneless wing went into the

Pizza and cheesy bread always good. Phone in service usually good. This past order, guy on phone could not comprehend 2 topping large pizza....black olives on whole pizza and sausage on one half pepperoni other half. Wanted to charge for three toppings, then 3 halfs?, then he said..."sorry...finally got it boss". Ended up with half black olives and other half black olives, sausage and pepperoni.If someone answers your call and calls you boss during order, hang up and call different Marcos.

Placed our order at 6:22pm this evening and it’s now 8:09pm and we still don’t have our pizza! Ridiculous. Driver got lost. Called and said it would be 10 minutes. After another 20 minutes we had to call her. I have NEVER had this kind of problems.

Went in to pick up a pizza and it was very noticeable that many employees there were showing signs of being inebriated,many bloodshot eyes and lack of focus. They were many giggling incessantly and I noticed many with droppy/bloodshot eyes.
Gabriel (employee) gave me and my family an amazing experience taking the time out of his day to ask us how we are doing and very polite. Great employee keep up the great work! Will definitely be back!

this place sucks! get your dang website fixed! it never works correctly trying to order food from you.. sick of it.Apparently your new website blows too. Can't order as it says my password has expired. Good as I won't be using you anymore. If you put your card information into their system now it doesn't hide it. It shows the whole card to be seen. Not good. If you want a good Pizza ordering place stick with Papa John's in Friendswood. They hide all your information.

Using the app to order is super easy. I love the app.I ordered carry out for my family after a tedious road trip. The staff just need to acknowledge you when you walk in the door. A simple I will be with you soon would suffice. I do not wish to hear hello lol. I heard nothing, and I was not greeted. Once I reached the staff, they were pleasant and attentive. The pizza, and the outrageous number of sides I ordered were all there, packaged perfectly. The pizza was fantastic. Marco's has saved us numerous times when we were just wore out from travel or work. If they tighten up their game just a little bit, they would easily be the best show in town. Thanks again.

I walked into this location and asked the cashier to give me a minute to look over the menu. When I was ready to order I let him know and he told me to give him a minute because he had to finish drawing a picture first. I thought I didn't hear him correctly so I leaned over the counter to look at what he was doing and he was literally just doodling on the back of a random receipt. He eventually took my order after he finished his drawing then had to swipe my card multiple times. While doing so I asked if it was a problem with my card or his system and he continued to ignore my question. He ended up giving me back my card and I walked out. I have never experienced such poor customer service at a Marco's Pizza before.
