I have never been to a McDonald's that offered such wonderful customer service. They literally came to our table with a little box full of sauces to pick out or whatever you needed! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and we got our food quickly.

When I ordered my food I asked for one 5$ meal deal a mc double plain just cheese and another 5$ meal deal mc double all the way as well as a spicy mc chicken. When I got my order they forgot a sandwich and my meal deal that was supposed to be plain was not they charged us for everything but didn’t give us our whole order. I understand there was a rush but I could have done this better and made it right

Went to get my order, no one was there at the window. Went to the next window. Someone came over and they asked me what my problem was. I was just getting an order, there was no problem. I didn't understand what they meant by that.

I went to get dinner at the drive-thru. The Big Macs I bought were the worst of any McDonald's I've been to. I basically got the meat with the buns, with very few vegetables and no Big Mac sauce. This is the first time my kids haven't finished their burgers.

Truly had to be the worst McDonalds in the area, under fills fries, buying a large only to get barely enough fries to pass as a medium. Literally only puts 1 pickle on there McChickens, but you can get 2 if your request it.
Charging for sauce packs when every other McDonald’s in the area includes them for free is crazy too

I ordered a Frappuccino and was just trying to go to the third window and they must’ve forgot about me because we sat there for a few minutes until I had to honk the horn. Now a gentleman name Keith came to the window and was the nicest guy I’ve ever met as he went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and that my son got the cheese on the burger that he wanted I was not gonna say anything about the cheese missing, but he asked so. I told him that he gave me an extra burger for my son with cheese on it stuff like this is what makes repeat customers thanks Keith for all your hard work.

The street access and parking lot layout has to be the work of a 2nd grader. There's no viable access from 518, and Hwy 3 single lane ingress routes you past the drive-thru order kiosks, requiring a full lap around the building.
Its McDonald's and the food is pretty co sistent across the nation in terms of quality and value. I'm pretty sure everyone knows about McDonald's. However, this location has a rare gem that works days. His name is Aaron and he is friendly, kind, and extremely precise. He brightens my day each time I go through the drive thru. (LOL, No I'm not his mom.) He is truly special and makes my quick visits a joy.
