Just got called an idiot by what I can only assume is the manager on duty (not to my face). I get that I used the app to A. Get a deal and B. Use my points for a free item in two separate transactions. But honestly for her to shout that loud enough for me to hear was inexcusable. It’s 9:53 and I just walked out. So if that’s not what she said I’d love some proof? What a joke.

This is truly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. The food is never Fresh, the managers and employees are so Blatantly rude, Asking them to fill a drink all the way up in the drive through is an issue. The woman who gave us our order at the drive thru window was incredibly rude. Whoever is running this McDonald’s needs to check their employees, and teach them customer service.

**Had the opportunity to be a secret shopper** this tuesday morning for this location. I had a mobile order and went thru drive thru, pulled up to the first window, the young man who happened to be a manager (in gray shirt) was doing something like organizing while I was waiting for him for about 30 seconds to give me my mobile order receipt. I went ahead and kindly asked if I could order a sweet tea as an add on since he had me waiting for him and I needed a drink to go with my breakfast. There was no longer any cars infront of me. Well he suddenly became bothered and said well usually we don't do that but if you can hurry up I can. He gestured his hand to give me the money and said "c'mon" very rudely. This is the only location in galveston county that I've experienced disgusting service from. Especially from a supervisor. When he gave me back my change he again gestured his hand to get moving. As I came to the second window. The young hispanic girl didnt look happy at all. Made glaring eye contact and did not greet or say hi. Was quite shocked how they treat anyone.
