Very important that staff understand English.I order a Large Black CoffeeWith 2 cream and 12 packets of sugar.I received my coffee with 3 creams and 4 sugar packets.Not what I asked for.Went back to get 8 more packets of sugar and I spoke in Spanish this time, and asked for 8 more packets of sugar and received 4 more.I try not to be be too picky but we have to train out employees about quality and satisfaction when the customer ask for simple details.This MacDonalds will be receiving only 3 stars ? today hopefully they will do better.?

Went there at 9 50 no one was there to took order, the cleaner was there I asked him where is the counter person he said wait I call her, then she came up at 10 o clock after 10 minutes just to say," we are closed". I am extremely disappointed from this behavior and non serious staff.

Every time I place a mobile order after 7pm it’s messed up or I have to wait 10+ mins for them to figure it out. Never had a problem like this at any other location.

I've worked in food service for about 3 years and we are taught to read the order out to customer just in case it's the wrong order. The order that's in our hand. Lady handed another person part of our order. Props to the manager for fixing the order quickly and apologizing. Please teach your employees correctly. Takes only 5 seconds to make sure your handing the orders out correctly.
I've had some pretty messed up orders, but this one definitely takes the cake. Best 5 dollars I ever spent... just wow...

I always order off the app and my oder is fast fresh and everyone is friendly. I love the picante sauce and they always make sure I have 3 packets with my oder each time .

Unless you are patient enough to wait 20 minutes for them to forget your order of drinks while you wait in the reserved drive thru I wouldn't recommend this Mc Donald's.3rd time I had to go in and remind them I had to park for drinks..And management shows no care to the situation.

Absolutely horrible LOL.We have a family of 4, so our order is going to be a decent size. After every single thing I ordered (since the first item) the cashier said “anything else” over and over and over. So after ordering about 10 more items and hearing that over and over, I was a bit annoyed.So I get the shamrock McFlurry, and it’s not even mixed up. The green flavoring was still sitting on the top AND pouring out the side. I had to hold the McFlurry out of my car until the lady just gave me another cup to put under it. Did absolutely nothing to fix the actual McFlurry. So we pull away, check some of the order and the fries were completely cold and soggy. Not even warm at all. So we take it back inside, they make fresh fries, and I pour an obscene amount of salt on all them.So couldn’t get one thing right I’d have to say.
