Cashier charged my card for $29, my order was $4. They “refunded” me only $26 and still had me pay for my actual $4 separately so essentially stole money from me. Manager said it would be back in my account in 2-3 hours and it’s been 3 days and nothing. Don’t have double lanes if your cashiers can’t keep it in order.

An employee named Hector messed up our order. He ignored us at the drive through speaker for 2 minutes with no warning, and we still ended up getting a burger with onions even after we specifically asked for only mayo, ketchup, and cheese Multiple Times. Luckily some other workers came to our rescue. Very unfriendly and unhelpful.

paid for a medium tea/lemonade and they gave me a small then when i asked him to correct the order he laughed and said that's just the size it comes in. total rip off! it was filled with ice and barely any tea/lemonade.
