This restaurant does not have a play place anymore, regardless of the pictures and reviews that indicate otherwise. Looks like they walled it off and turned it into an employee only area, and the decor is sterile and boring. Service was lackluster, they forgot my frappe drink and left my child's nuggets out of her happy meal.

Ever since they tore it down and redid it it’s actually awful. I’m truthfully not one to leave reviews like this but this McDonald’s is so bad now please just keep driving to the next one, you’ll save so much time and energy. They’re so slow, they won’t answer you at the line while you’re sitting there forever and I can clearly see they can see the cars on the screen but will answer the whole other half while you sit there and people then go around you for almost 10 mins or they just leave you hanging in general. Act like they hear you but only get half the order somehow even though it was on the screen? then when you say something you have to sit and pay for it again then redo the order because apparently they didn’t hear it or ring it up I guess. It’s consistently wrong now instead of every few times, no one talks to you at the windows for a long time, even if you’re the only one here and they don’t communicate anything or which window to pull up to. Don’t go to the first window you’ll just see the staff watching things on their phones trying to ignore you and the security cameras showing where you were sitting waiting. And just not polite to top it off. Truthfully I thought it was a one time thing but I live across the street and it’s consistently like this now unfortunately:/ I’d rather drive a little further down than sit there for 20+ mins ever time for some chicken nuggets and fries tbh.

I ordered DoorDash they told my dasher they put sauce in the bag not one bbq sauce or ketchup packet was in there I had to throw my Fries away because I can’t eat them plain

This is nothing like the old mc Donald's it is cld and industrial looking. The people who work the front are rude. They don't want to take your order so make you stand and wait for a long time the Burger King down the street is way better.

What is with fast food restaurants closing early. There's cars inline in the drive through and people inside ordering. I was sitting in the drive through waiting and arrived in line at 10:48. I pulled up to the speaker at 10:50 and none will answer. At 10:57 I pulled up next to someone getting their food at the window and told the McDonald's lady I'm trying to order and she said they closed and I said I've been waiting in line and it's not 11 yet and she looked at the screen and said it says 11 on here we're closed it wasn't even 11 yet she's a liar. They let me sit in line and wait to get to the speaker then wouldn't answer. By the time I finally talked to someone and they decided they were close early it was to late to go next door and get burger king. Now I have to drive around and find a place that's open. How disrespectful to the point im angry. DO YOUR JOB
