I came here and the manager swatti Patel was so unbelievably rude to her employees and not to mention she herself wasn’t practicing any of the health practices and was incredibly rude to me as I bought my yogurt I can’t believe that her employees have to put up with her.

Great place, but also they should not be late opening at 11am. They lost customers because they didn't open on time. Employees shouldn't be strolling in late with coffee..saw a little girl cry because her mom thought they weren't open, still weren't set up for business at half past, so my people and I left as well.

Only bummer when you come later in the evening is that some of the toppings from the fresh bar aren't always refilled. Overall had what we wanted to make our perfect mixes.

Just left this place on a doordash order, the ladie with a blue shirt and glasses didn't care I was there waiting after I told her I'm waiting for a order from doordash. She went to the back and never came back out... she sent another for with a green colored shirt and long reddish hair to help me , only made 1 bowl showing her they order 3 bowls... 3 other people came in after me assume online orders cuz they just picked up the bowls and left when I seen they were there just making the orders for the customers. I got there at 845pm the order wasn't ready at all and no help! I left at 912 still nothing I had to let the customer know what was going on and I had texted him when I got there to the store. I saw a couple come in and leave saying they never have anything ready. Complete Chaos!

Went to Menchies. The business model is exactly like Orange Leaf. It is summer. You expect tropical flavors. I love coconut and Orange Leaf always has it for summer. Menchies did not. Menchies had no summer theme. No tropical. No nuthin. Just 5 or 6 flavors . Didn't enjoy the visit. Will drive the extra miles to Orange Leaf. They got coconut!
Absolutely loved the place atmosphere was great, staff was phenomenal, and product beyond our expectations!

Well, we were there a month ago. The ice cream were excellent, super creamy. We loved it and came back a month later.... OMG they all tasted like ice cream from Chinese buffet... just watery ice, no creamy any more..... I guess they tried to save money and use low quality milk

My daughter came with her library reward and my husband got an icecream too. The reward says a free one but they only discounted 6 oz and with the discount we ended up paying $9.01 for my husband's and daughters (not even half full cups of ice cream). I asked him to re-weigh and he said he already did and would not change the price then rang up other customers and walked away. Very frustratingEdit: Thank you for your quick response. I think if the coupon was changed to reflect the discount rather than saying a free ice cream that would be less confusing.
