Poor customer service and have lived by and gone there many times over last 15 years. The female manager is horrible and lazy. It used to be awesome! From November 5 at 9:30 pm

Friendly and service good. Chips are cold and tough. Margaritas are more like snow cones than frozen margaritas. Food ok.

Went to dinner last night and had the worst experience. I absolutely love their birria tacos and last time I went they said it was seasonal and starts in the fall. So we went and they told us they don’t have them which is fine but they didn’t need to have an attitude about it. In addition the service was abysmal, it took over 20 minutes to get some extra tortillas and anytime we tried to get someone’s attention they looked away. I will not be returning.

Great food and the service was just as well. The sopapilla were a treat at the end. The only problem was that we said too close to the bar and a very loud and obnoxious person at the bar.

I had a fantastic experience at this Mexican restaurant. The food was delicious, packed with authentic flavors, and perfectly seasoned. The service was top-notch—quick, friendly, and attentive. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for great Mexican cuisine with excellent service!

So tonight a week later decided to go try again.....well they were on time for my takeout when I got home everything was stale the taco shells the chulpas were stale will not ever eat there again we spent 60 dollars on stale food what a disgrace

Hurricane happened today. Grateful they are open… but walk in 30 minutes before they close and they say they are closed!!!! Restaurant full of people. I walked in with my two kids mind you too and they didn’t give two damns. Be better. Thanks for being open but there’s no ready food anywhere and you are giving people reasons to not dine at your establishment.

Mr Sombrero is consistently good. Our server, Armando, was very attentive to refills and everyone's orders came out as ordered. I had the Chile relleno with beef fajita, and they were great. I'm not an expert on rellenos, but I ate them all. Also ordered were taco salad, shrimp enchiladas, and flautas. Everyone said that their food was tasty. My daughter, the Mexican rice connoisseur, didn't care for their rice. Other than that, the meal was a big hit. Mr Sombrero serves Coke products if that matters to you.

We use to go here often before the renovation and it was "okay".

Husband and I stopped by yesterday evening and it was a terrible experience, NEVER again.

If you want to eat at a place where it's so loud you can hardly hear your partner, where adults think it's okay for their children to run around as they sit back and get drunk then this is your place.

Food is still "okay" but I was not impressed at all. We ordered combination plates and maybe ate one thing and left the rest because again, the food was not great.

Me and my husband go almost every week for a date night and every time the experience has been fabulous. We get the same waiter every time that he knows our drink and food order lol thank you David!
