I wanted to get the Toasted Italiano tonight until I discovered it was 12.89. Outrageous. I settled for a kids meal grilled cheese because I wasn't super hungry. I wanted to add a white cheese slice, it wasn't allowed. I would've had to get an adult grilled cheese and it would've costed 7.89 WITHOUT THE EXTRA CHEESE, THEN IT'S 1.50 EXTRA. just settled AGAIN for the normal kids meal. They put like 8 slices of Kraft on it and hardly cooked it, it was cold in center and way too full of tacky cheese. didn't finish For 7.34 total that was outrageously bad, basically paid for a bag of chips. Not going back

Manager is cold, no people skills for people that ask too many questions about food.
SHOCKER someone hasn't eaten here.
Manager needs to get a class on guest relations.
Also they purposly bump delivery orders for dining room. Better to visit another if dinning in.

Husband went inside to order take out on 12/15 at around 6:30pm. The employee was actively scrolling on TikTok while taking the order. He had to repeat himself 4 times and continued having to ask for items for the order before it was completed. I’m not one to talk about service but c’mon, do better.

I had a bowl of chili here and their chili is really good! It's a good place to come and be able to have a conversation with somebody while eating

Usually I don’t leave bad reviews, and I love Panera bread. But this was a terrible experience. The service was terrible, the cashier literally didn’t say but a word to us. It took 25 minutes for a couple of hot chocolates and a smoothie. And it was not pack at all. I had to remind them several times about my order of which they never gave a receipt or number. I could see the workers were annoyed with me asking about my drinks. When I asked for a reimbursement because I was just done waiting and ready to leave, they said it had been ready in the back. Which made no sense since I asked the cashier about it and she said it wasn’t ready and she didn’t know when it would be. They never mentioned anything and I had to go grab it myself. No one apologized or was friendly. Will not be returning to this location.

Horrible customer service! I ordered on the Panera Bread app & had a horrible experience. Well i’m working I have the person who is picking up my work call me and ask if I received my order I let him know I didn’t & even double checked the app (which still said it was being prepare) I let him know what the app said he related it to the employee and they said they couldn’t do anything about it be someone stole it. I called the restaurant myself personally and the man I was talking to explained to me he couldn’t give me my money back, couldn’t make me a new order & I let him know it wasn’t my fault that the aren’t double check who they are giving the orders to. Then he put the phone down & walked away from the phone (well i’m hearing them all run around in the background talking about they dont know where orders are and they are trying to call people to see if they have peoples orders. So I hung up and called again and a lady answered and i let her know what happen and all she told was ”Well you are talking to the GM” then I ask okay what will happen with my food or order then she put me on hold and another lady gets on and said my food is in the way and i get a notification from the app saying my food is on the way. Whoever that man is was very disrespectfull and not helpful at all!
It was peaceful, food ones good, evening bread was hard, but over all was good.

If you want the slowest service you have ever had in your life look no further. The absolute amount of time it took them to prepare three orders is insane. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through. For some microwaved food. 10/10 don’t recommend

I have to admit that this use to be a thriving business, not anymore. I just walked in and it’s like a graveyard. The lady behind the counter was dressed like she had just rolled out a bed was extremely rude. Not one smile not one thank you. Apparently $100 doesn’t buy you customer service anymore. Last time I spend my money at this place.

I have been trying to order breakfast here for the last 3 weeks, and each time I come, there's no one at the front, you're not greeted, the lights aren't on at 9a like it makes zero sense to show up for a job and then not do it. I've ordered the same thing each time, I order 15-20m before i arrive and when I arrive I'm asked if I want something else or a refund. I've gone for breakfast, I kid you not, 12 times and left with a refund & no food. They never call before arrival, so I'm expecting to show up and be able to eat. Wrong. Refund. The last time I went they kept repeating an excuse of, this sells out fast.... there's no one in there. There's no one in the drive thru. So who is mysteriously buying food that is selling out so quickly? Also, it shouldn't be available to order on their app if that was the case. When I let the manager know that I just need to stop going there for breakfast cause I'm always receiving my money back, they met me with sass and sarcasm then refunded my food but not my drink even though the cashier told her to refund everything. If I now have to go somewhere else for food, the heck would I need anything from here? After I questioned her about the amount, she said you got your drink. I said, no ma'am I requested a refund for all of it because no food means I won't need a beverage? And she sighed and did the refund. They're not apologetic. Just fast to not serve food. So I can only imagine with the lack of food they're selling, they'll be closed in no time. Especially after reading the reviews for this location. Owner needs to get in there if they want to stay afloat. Otherwise, staff will need a new job and I can't say I'd recommend any of them with their attitudes.

Very bad reception. I order here . By the time I came here I got a very bad angry white guy who was preparing all order . Extremely rude and he talk very unprofessional. He refuse to gave me cup holder for my drinks and nasty words on it. I hate to spend my money on this location. 1.25 pm
