The person in the front was rude and was acting like we were bothering her. The ranch Cobb salad was disgusting, I ended up throwing it out. How ever my daughter said the mac and cheese was delicious. This visit was so disappointing.

Disappointed today. Ordered baker's dozen sliced bagels to go. Half were sliced. Several were flat. One was just skimmed with a sliver of a sliced portion. Front counter not helpful. First time I tried kiosk, and it was extremely ineffective for a to-go order. Not had it bad like this before. Please get your act together.

This place gets my order wrong. EVERYTIME. I pay extra for a breadbowl and they never give me one. The establishment is always dirty and the staff doesn't seem to care. If you can avoid this location!

Rundown and serving size is small. The picture I’m posting of the blt is AFTER I asked them to add more veggies to it. This in-store order was a “pick two” with chicken soup and cost over $11! The soup looks like half a can from the grocery store. This meal was not filling for me. The bread was soft and cold. No line at the counter when I came in at noon. The lady who took my order was helpful and patient. Tables were about a third full. R&B playing lightly in background. Multiple people studying. Booth back and wall were dirty and seats were ripped. Outside seating area was in poor condition.

The food is good and there usually isn't much of a line. I am a fan of the Fuji apple chicken salad. They also have the autumn squash soup right now, which is outstanding. They occasionally get the order wrong, but not too frequently. Parking lot tends to be busy and crowded.

I am a first timer ordering from here because my wife said the food is great. I said ok, ordered $95 worth of food and did not get a full entree that was ordered. I went with delivery so I called up there and said I will get an $11 refund. The Manager and employees were very rude and no help. I can’t believe a business can stay open with the lack of competence that the League City Victory place shows. I will never be back. Good luck Panera Bread.
If I could give this location zero stars, I would. A few weeks ago, I ordered a sandwich and it was overly toasted and crunchy. Decided to give them another try and the grilled cheese sandwich I ordered today looked and tasted terrible. Nothing like how it was imaged on the menu. My 4 year old son couldve made a better sandwich than this. It looked like they prepped the sandwich and just microwaved it. I will never patronize this location again.

It's been a long time since I went to this location and now I remember why. The place seemed dirty. The woman who took our order barely spoke to us and also seemed disheveled. Hadn't been to Panera in a while and I forgot the apple/bread/chips choice and she didn't even ask what we wanted. Our sandwiches were made by someone who apparently didn't care that other humans were going to EAT them. They were slapped together. I ordered the new Italian sandwich and it had SO MUCH oil it kept sliding apart and it overpowered the meat. The quality was gross. The sandwiches were gross. The service was abhorrent. The dining room was tidy but not clean. There was a dude in there talking on speakerphone and he and the rest of the staff were all having a loud conversation up by the register. NEVER GOING BACK. Also way too expensive for something my dog could have made. Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars.

I walked in for a take out order and they forgot half my order. Didn’t realize until I got home. I called and they said that it wasn’t in my order, but the cashier said she did charge me. They told me I could go back and get my items. Customer service was not the best and they didn’t even give me fresh bagels or an apology when I went back for them. Not coming back.
