I sat in the drive through for 15 min. No way to pull off either because they have you locked in with a curb. I called to speak with a staff member to see how much longer it would be. She was impolite and acted like I was out of line for expecting faster service.

Not even being dramatic, half the time I come here, my order is wrong. I just order baked goods, so it’s really not that complicated. Also, I’ve been there twice, Saturday morning, 9am, and you don’t have muffins? The next week, same thing except NO bagels. This is a bakery, like?

Resturant: Dirty, dirty, dirty.... Ceiling tiles are moldy. Dirty glass/windows. Stained chairs. Dirty walls. Not one clean table to sit at.
Food: Portions too small for the price. Sandwiches have half the meat they should. Soup was not as hot as it should have been.
Service. Most staff standing around watching two ladies do all the work. Workers on their phones instead of cleaning.

I ordered the Chipotle chicken avocado melt and there's hardly any chicken and maybe 1 piece of avocado on it! How?! when the chicken is the main star of sandwich! This will probably be my last time going here.

The food is the only good thing and today I tried the new croissant sandwich which was missing the Gruyère spread and carmelized onions so basically we payed $9 for a warm ham and cheese sandwich.. next time I’ll just get soup and pastries. It’s also weird that the kids meal has an apple as a side, but it’s not sliced. Not really kid friendly.
This location is so outdated and smells like an old ladies bathroom. Spreaking of, the bathrooms are gross and need a deep clean. It smells like they just try to cover it up with some terrible perfume. Definitely don’t recommend dining in. And try to avoid sitting next to the extremely loud soda machine if you do.

I’ve been going lately. They see you standing there and know one helps. The credit card tap was not working, from my phone I went and got my card, then another lady came in and the employee told her, it’s been working know problems. Not even five minutes and she lied, because it didn’t work for her either. I don’t even like asking, for anything at this place, same lady was always rude at another location.

The person in the front was rude and was acting like we were bothering her. The ranch Cobb salad was disgusting, I ended up throwing it out. How ever my daughter said the mac and cheese was delicious. This visit was so disappointing.

Disappointed today. Ordered baker's dozen sliced bagels to go. Half were sliced. Several were flat. One was just skimmed with a sliver of a sliced portion. Front counter not helpful. First time I tried kiosk, and it was extremely ineffective for a to-go order. Not had it bad like this before. Please get your act together.
