Twice in one week I ordered a pizza, both times they said it would be ready in 20 minutes for pick up. First time I get there in 20 minutes and they had not even started on the pizza. I waited another 15 minutes for them to make it and cook it. Once again same exact story, arrive after 20 minutes, they had not even started on it, I recommend the owner go to his business and evaluate the situation. Second issue - the man that takes your order, when he speaks it is very hard to understand him. Third issue - he kept trying to up sell me. I ask him to stop up selling, he then said for three more dollars I could get a large

Tried to order my pizza over the phone to someone who could barely speak English. So plain and simple I ended up talking with someone from the actual store and they could not give me a online price. So I ended up going to village seafood pizza and getting exactly what I wanted. I will now no longer be getting pizza from Papa John's.

I paid for extra steak. This has happened a few times out of the last. Upgrades are completely ignored. This obviously is barely a single serving of steak. Yet I got charged for it. They even overcooked my dang bites. I swear they’re either tiny as pallets or undercooked but this is the last straw. It’s the reason why I’ve only been tipping the delivery driver five dollars lately. Because that’s all it’s worth I don’t care if it’s a delivery driver you’re only as good as your last line of defense lazy as hell. I’m done Domino’s it is.! by the way, the pizza was actually pretty good and it got here quite quick this time. But that’s not the point.

We generally order from dominos 6.99 menu. I saw papa John's had the same deal so I decided to try it. Bad idea. The boneless wings tasted like if you took super processed chicken nuggets and cooked them In the microwave and drizzled not enough sauce on them. Our pizzas were barely done. The cheese wasn't really melted the bottom tasted doughy. I had to heat it up before I could eat it. Also it was cut terribly and not even AT ALL. Plenty of toppings and food was delivered in reasonable amount of time. Back to dominos we go I guess.
The new management Maddox is really impressive . The establishment improved drastically . Ordering Pizza there again.

This is the worst pizza we've ever ordered. Half of the pizza didn't have sauce or cheese. I called the manager, and to her credit, she asked how she could make it better. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but after eating this I'll be asking for a refund.
