Last time we had an hour and a half delivery of cold pizza and were denied a refund and cussed out by the manager. I was an idiot for giving them a second chance. The cinnastix that I received are still thawing so they must have had them in a freezer from yesterday. They went in the trash unfortunately. Everything is always COLD! ? Don't waste your money at this location.

I recently ordered from the Pizza Hut on South Shore Blvd in League City, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The service was incredibly fast, and my order was ready in no time. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better.
As for the pizza, it was absolutely delicious—fresh, hot, and full of flavor! The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were generous and tasty. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic pizza or trying something new, this location has you covered.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone in the area. Great food, great service, and great vibes all around!

Order was late was supposed to receive between 10:45 and 10:53 didn’t receive order until 11:15pm the only good experience was the customer service from delivery driver….The food was cold and look like they just threw it in a box

Horrible place to buy pizza from, staff did not know what to do, ordered a medium pizza which says on the menu it’s $12.89, and comes out to be $19.99? told them something was wrong and ended up paying the price for a large pizza but got a medium. Pizza was gross and hard not to mention the size of the small pizza, definitely not recommend eating here nor take our orders!

This Pizza Hut location on South Shore Harbor Blvd has become terribly disappointing. This is the second consecutive time I’ve ordered pizza and wings here, in which the food was flavorless and the accompanying sauce/glaze (for the cinnamon sticks) appeared odd in color. While the store anppeared clean, some of the employees look unkept. I’m not sure what’s going on over there these days.

The WORST pizza ever! They delivered a 2nd pizza which was horrible too, after another 1 hrs wait! Cold, doughy, chewy instead of thin & crispy! Requested a refund but someone has to call me back with 72 hours!!

Normally I don’t have any issues with this location, but I ordered a lg stuffed crust pepperoni with extra pepperoni, called a few minutes later to request pepper. I WAS CHARGED $2 MORE, DID NOT RECEIVE IT. ?Edit they fixed the issue
