Apparently the price in store is double what the price is on the app. Shrimp Tackle box dinner is $5.99 online, but in store it was charged $10 with tax.

Hit and miss on service some people were treating me well, others acted very unfriendly. Food is generally good, but they only filled my coleslaw halfway as I found when I reached the picnic destination and opened it. There are certain pieces of chicken with almost no meat on them. Also, the beans and rice taste great, and the dirty rice flavorful, but they never fill the containers fully. They need to train staff the benefits of customer engagement and how that can impact their own success. If employees are rewarded for providing good service, they might be more interested in providing better service. When customers are rude, there should be a manager there to stand in front of the staff and take the heat for them and manage the customer, immediately.

Got a DoorDash order, I tried to call TWICE to ask them for a specific pieces of chicken before my Dasher got there. I messaged my Dasher, who was very nice, to see if he could help with my request. The individual at the window said that it was too late because the order was already made. Have they actually been paying attention and answering the phones, this wouldn’t have been an issue, but apparently it’s too much to ask for them to change out a piece of chicken. Is that not your job? That’s ridiculous. Seriously, do better or get a job that you actually like instead of making somebody’s experience miserable at an employer that you probably complain about anyway.

518 League City location. Got there at 11 , ordered a large #1 sandwich combo. Got my food....it was a regular (small) combo. Ok...no worries, but then cold fries I'm there early...it should be hot and fresh, so I tried the sandwich......Cold too....sitting long enough the chicken dried out. Really??? I don't think the staff listened or really cared about what they are putting out. I didn't give it 1 star because I really like the sandwich....just not this one.

Went through drive through 8:30 pm on Sunday they close at 12am most of what I wanted was terrible order 3 pc combo spicy two of the pcs seemed to have take a beating which were spicy I’d take a bite of the meat and get small peace’s of bones then the third peace was not spicy and was the size of a wing drum all cold a as I stated 8:30pm and they already cleaning where they keep the food warm looks like they had 4 biscuits left fountain drink machine broken no pies will not go back and employee at the window was every rude

Huge shoutout to Corey who covered the rest of my meal a week ago when I was embarrassingly scrounging for change in my car because I had forgot my wallet and was short about a dollar with the cash from my console. You made my day!! I hope you got that dollar I left with your coworker and once again THANK YOU for being such a nice human and not even sweating it when I was so frazzled. Also my meal was fresh and PERFECT. Best fast food experience in years.
