When you go to this place, I recommend giving the tip in the hands of the person who serves you, because on repeated occasions I have seen that the owner takes the tips for herself and I have learned from her former employees that she does not give them to her workers. And here in Texas, by law, tips are for the workers. If you do this with tips, I am sure that at this time you should not give a bonus to your employees. I have noticed that they need personnel and these people who work here all the time They are running, the owner should give them some reward for their hard work, I would like to ask if anyone here knows who I can report to the owner of this place to come do an audit and interview her workers to check that she is not taking advantage of them .

Check your order before you leave! I ordered a small and medium original and chips. I got home and there was only one sandwich in the bag. I drove back up to the store and waited for 10 minutes while the little girl went through every order in the last 30 minutes until she found mine. They screwed up the order and didn't charge for or make the second sandwich. She asked if I wanted to order the other one. I told her yes, and to remake the first one. She looked at me like I was crazy. It's not my fault they didn't get the order right. These are the same people that want $15/hr. Get an order right and we'll talk.

Went through the drive-through and placed an order. Got the wrong order. Didn’t notice it until I got home. Keep trying to call the store and their phone does not answer.
