I'm sure glad I had a coupon for this mediocre sandwich and didn't pay full price. I had their small turkey avocado sandwich on jalapeno cheese bread. While edible, the bread wasn't very good at all and they claim it's freshly baked. Probably fresh baked a week ago. The turkey on it was pretty good but the avocado was not ripe yet so it was hard and didn't taste good. $9 for a small sandwich is quite the rip off, especially one of such low quality. I hadn't been here in a long time and only came because I had a coupon for a free sandwich. I'm pretty sure I won't be going back anytime soon.

Atmosphere: very clean very modern schlotzsky's. Smells great and great customer service!Food: I ordered the turkey bacon club medium combo with the barbecue chips. The sandwich was soft and crispy at the same time and had all the flavor I was looking for. The medium is very filling and delicious! I finished off my meal with a classic cinnabon and you already know that was amazing ?Service: I was greeted promptly, and the cashier was patient with all my questions. My food came out hot and ready very quickly.All in all I left happy and full. Definitely five out of five stars. Highly recommend visiting this schlotzsky's location.

I ordered Grubhub the last few times at this location and I have not received what I asked for.I ordered the cheese original with tomato basil…. Sandwich : no olives, added condiments, paid for the extra cheese and I was sent a sandwich with how it comes originally.I also just ordered tonight, this time the sandwich was not cut in half but the smallest portion they could cut l, but sent me 2 bread sticks with it. The extra cheese I paid for didn’t add, the way it was made was disappointing just threw lettuce and a half of a tomato on it.I’ve ordered from the other location once and they made it perfect.The tomatoe basil is always great. I don’t like bad reviews but times are hard and having the luxury to eat out you want what you pay for.

The food was very good and reasonably priced. It was very fresh and tasty. I noticed that a they employed older workers, and that seemed to have made things go even better!

All fast food places have gotten more & more bland thru the years. Sandwiches are good, but not as tasty as they used to be. Soups are good but quantity is low.Young lady who took our order was very polite. We'll be going back. Prices are rising everywhere.

Paid for double meat for a second time. And again it was just a regular Smokehouse sandwich. Bought the large one so being charged again for double meat and not receiving it is pricey.

This location is awful. The bread was hard and tough- obviously stale. Hardly any meat on the sandwich. This is the second time I have been served an old meatless sandwich and will not be returning ever. The owners need to do some serious revamping or they will be closed very soon. I will make sure everyone knows how sub- par this location is. Nasty and a total waste of money.
