I was really disappointed with my experience at Shipley's yesterday morning. I witnessed a cashier treat a young mother very poorly just because her card declined at checkout. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing to watch. We all know that card declines can happen for various reasons, even when funds are available—it's just part of life. Instead of handling it discreetly, the cashier's behavior was rude and entirely unprofessional. Shipley's should work on training staff to treat customers with respect and understanding, especially during moments like this. I expected better.

I've been eating glazed donuts from this particular Shipley donuts 10-15 times per year since 1991. I prefer to get them as hot as possible.. I don't know what the special ingredient is they use or some special technique but I can honestly say not all Shipley glazed donuts are the same.. The hot glazed donuts from this location taste better than all other locations I've visited over the years including the one a block from my house.. I've told the manager from the Shiples near my house he needs to send a spy to work at this location to figure out their secret. That was a couple years ago.. It doesn't matter if the parking sucks I'm still driving past the Shipleys by my house in route to this one when the urge strikes..

Their kolaches are the best! Been coming here for 16 years. Staff is very friendly and you can tell the food is fresh.
I have been going there since I was a kid. 62 now, always good and hot donuts.
Parking: Really tight parking as the building was already there when the highway was just 2 lanes now it is 5 lanes and took alot of there parking in front.

I have been coming here over ten years and I absolutely love it. The younger Spanish girl behind the counter is always rude . I know the older lady that's been there for years sees and knows this because she always comes behind her and ask if I need anything and tells me to have a great day. The younger girl should not even be working with the public in my opinion.

This Shipley's is in a very bad location it was really no parking to go inside it has a large trucks that will hang almost off into the street very small inside not a very big variety of donuts does not carry all the products that other Shipley do I think that the corporate office needs to make sure this franchise is carrying all the product because in my view I will never go there again it was 9:50 a.m. on a Wednesday morning
The drive thru customer service representative was extremely rude. Plus, the donuts didn't taste fresh.
