Waited in line at the drive-through behind one person they took four or five minutes to get to him and then they took his order and then 10 minutes later still sitting there must be under staff
Who doesn't love Shipley's. Took one star off because the chocolate glaze. Not the glaze donut with chocolate sauce on top but the actual chocolate glaze donuts are always cold. I went 6am.

I will not be going to this donut shop again...both my donuts and donut holes were both overcooked and hard...I dont care if it was the last stop on earth. People dont want to go to a place where the atmosphere is not pleasant nor the food being overcooked. I want to enjoy my stop and the food. 🤦♀️😐🫤

Came in for my normal Donut after Therapy. Confused on why door was locked at 4:15pm. A woman with no name tag opened the door, then sold me my donut. Is this normal for this location?

They got the order wrong and then was adding extra cost, and the person who made my drink put his hands in the drink cause he couldn't figure it out and of course gave me the drink thinking I was going to drink it....NOPE! Wasted my time and money there!!!!

The best donuts anywhere. The staff is always friendly and eager to help fulfill your order. This place does not have that much room for inside dining. It is more for to go orders.

I’ve never once had a good fresh glazed donut or donut holes. They’re always very hard, dry and stale. The other donuts and kolaches are good
