Shipley Do-Nuts

The worst Shipley I’ve ever been too.. they simply never have fresh donuts..this my 3rd time trying thinking maybe they’ll get it right but no!!! I even ask for a vanilla coffe dude gave me a hit chocolate m.. just horrible

Not a great Shipleys location. They don’t attend to the drive thru. They charge you for donuts you don’t receive and will not make it right. The little girl working there, Susanna, needs better training to remedy her mistakes. Save the headache, take the extra time and go to the better location on 518. Also their kolaches were super dense and seemingly proofed wrong. The donuts seemed to be days old, definitely not fresh from that day.

Houston native here, so I've had Shipley's all my life. Donuts at this location tend to be overcooked and the kolaches are dry.

Everyone is always exceptionally nice and the donuts and kolaches are always delicious and perfect

The shop was pristine! We loved the way they were displayed and lit up! Service was super friendly and the donuts of course were delicious!

I stop here pretty regularly on weekday morning for a few kolaches and a donut. I always use the drive through, and even though the line can get pretty long, it moves quickly. They're always very fast and courteous in their drive through window.
