3 stars because every time I get the peanut power plus, most of the time they don't put enough peanut butter. The service is good, the atmosphere sucks because they don't have much to sit and offer free wifi, I think that would be a good idea to let people know they are welcome to stick around instead of grab and go. The smoothies are getting too expensive as well.

I recently visited and was disappointed with the service. The staff was slow and not particularly helpful, which made the experience frustrating. I also found it odd that smoothie bowls weren't available after 7 PM – is that a standard policy? It would be great if the staff could be more attentive and if menu options were consistent throughout the day.

Don't get me wrong always love smoothie king but the two young ladies did what they could to get me my order but then told me the manager was barely there and if anything the manager needs to be replaced by someone who will be there to teach these ladies how to do what they were hired to do. Also I believe these two young ladies need a raise

placed an order online and when my boyfriend went to pick it up there was no order online showed it had already been picked up so they had to remake my order girls were very nice but there was no manager? in very confused on this

I’ve visited Smoothie King on a couple of Sundays and noticed that the store closes at 8 PM. Some Sundays, the store is open until 9 PM. This inconsistency makes it difficult to plan a visit, especially when I’m craving a smoothie. I recommend that management establish consistent Sunday hours and communicate them clearly to avoid confusion. The smoothies are great, but having reliable closing times would really improve the experience. Otherwise, great smoothies and service, but accurate communication of hours would make the experience even better!

the two girls that work in this location must get a raise for great customer service great attitude and putting the hard work on keeping the store open and the customers returning i am going to be back for the great service i have recieved

Went in, two girls were there. The one at the register was pretty nice but was struggling to help me figure out what to order when I asked questions. So the other girl who was making the smoothies kept cutting in and cutting her and I both off making suggestions that were not good and did not take into account what I had asked for (e.g. she recommended coffee only drink when I had asked for a strawberry smoothie). The second girl also was rushing everyone even though no one else was in the store & she started making the smoothies before we even finished ordering then kept rolling her eyes when we added add-ons. At the end she made a snide comment about how she had to make mine a larger size than i ordered because of "all the stuff I added after the fact"...even though I was clearly struggling and not done ordering at the front.

All in all my smoothie ended up tasting great, and while the cashier girl was nice, the smoothie maker girl was awful & neither one of them was competent.

Literally the worst of the worst. Today I left shaking due to horrible, customer service. Am in contact with previous owner to get new owners number. The girl couldn’t find my order and said I would ā€œ need to figure it outā€ I was flabbergasted because I had a pickup time, a confirmation order AND a bank transaction all to back me up.
She eventually gets on the phone with her manager and soon after, makes me drink, she doesn’t even speak to me, basically shoves the drink at me and literally SLAMS the windows shut. I was going to ask for napkins, but realize she just slammed the window and it seemed to be intentional.
Then I hear screaming and yelling and I’m thinking what the heck is going on, if another guest is being hurt or a coworker as it sounds angry and cussing.
I didn’t know if someone was fighting or in trouble or if she’s yelling about me and wanting my order because she was so rude. So I park my vehicle and go inside, only the two females are there working the angry one and the calm one whom I had seen in the background when trying to get my order . The angry one then starts yelling at me - so I quickly take a photo to get out of there without saying one word, the entire time I was also on the phone and they heard the entire ordeal…. My intentions of getting one photo was ti distinguish between the calm one and the angry one and not confuse her with the other one because I don’t want the wrong person to get blamed for this.
The angry one then THEN starts yelling and follows me out to my car and starts screaming and taking photos of me . For a second I thought I may be attacked from behind.
At this point I’m thinking she’s legit scary and not in a good way.

I have contacted previous owner and Corperate as this is not something to be taken lightly or something that anyone should tolerate. I’ve worked in customer service for over 18 years. I can genuinely say it was the worst and not just worst, scariest experience I’ve ever had. This is not okay at this point your employees are borderline harassing people. I didn’t stick around to take multiple photos or taunt them. I said nothing. I they’ve cameras because this is not okay.

Please stay clear of this place and do not go with your children. It’s not a pleasant experience or safe even. There is no customer service, just angry people taking out their literal RAGE on others
Needless to say I had to throw my drink away.

Online and business doors shows the closing time at 9:00 p.m. Mon-Fri. Myself and another car got here at 8:00 p.m. and the girl ran to turn off the open sign and close the door. This business needs to update their hours.
