They turn off app orders an hour and a half before they close. Very disappointing.
it is RIDICULOUS that they turn off being able to USE the APP an hour and 20 minutes before close… this is CRAZY. Some of us work LATE and want DEALS. Guess customer service is DEAD.

This sonic used to be great but Not anymore!!! my friends/family stopped going there . Old GREAZY FFs, watered down drinks & usually NO ice cream. They need to FIRE manager & staff. Dairy Queen is SOOO MUCH BETTER!!!!

I hate leaving bad reviews and calling people out, so I’m just gonna say that the drive-through service was very poor and I probably won’t be coming back. Food tastes normal no complaints there.

The employee was literally so rude as I was bothering and spoke to me like I was dumb worst customer service
Placed an order 1+ hour before closing and they canceled it. Lazy employees, poor management. 👎🏼

They never get anything right whenever you order or they just leave items completely out of your order. Haven’t had one good experience any time I’ve went to this location or sonics in general horrible company all the way around.
