i asked for tator tots with cheese and got fries with cheese instead. how stupid do you have to be?

Stopped ordering from here the order is wrong most of the time when I order and or missing items. Can’t seem to ever get it right.

I used to come to this sonic at least 2-3 times a week. Since last year the quality overall has severely gone down. The workers are extremely rude. On three separate occasions with the same worker, I have ordered a mobile order (which normally takes 10-15 mins to come out) and she walks up to my car doesn’t say anything just shoves my food into my window. I’m always friendly and greet her and say have a good day and she ignores me. I’ve also gotten the complete wrong drink multiple times. Typically the food tastes old like it’s been sitting under a warmer. The prices of food at Sonic is too much for my food to taste old.

the way the angry people working here treat people is a shame to say the least! this place needs to be shut down! they refuse to make anything correctly and will verbally assault you just for ordering but not before acting like they tried to take your order and didnt! its not our fault you are in fast food!

Stopped in to get some tots before waiting in school to get my child. Pulled up to order. Got no response. Pressed again and was promptly yelled at for my order and why i hadnt spoken before when asked for my order. I explained i hadnt been asked which was why obviously i pressed the button again. Very rude lady yelled that i had heard her and just ignored. I very quickly checked this lady and pulled out without ordering. Not only will i never be back to this location. Ill never be back to a sonic again. Pretty wild to be yelled at for ordering some tots.

This used to be the best Sonic around and now there is NEVER enough employees. I wait over 10 min for my mobile order to come out … if it ever does. I have no idea what happened here. But I feel like the owners need to spend some time in this store. Came back to add that it’s not the person’s fault who works there. She was trying her darn best apparently right before she got this huge rush of people with a line wrapped around the Building the boss called and said that the labor was too high and it cut people from the floor and so she’s there by herself trying to run this dang store it’s absolutely ridiculous. The owner needs to get in there and make some hamburgers and make some drinks and see what it’s like running that store by themselves.

Nearly $30 bucks for lunch and the Hotdogs were old the hamburger was a total sloppy mess from haphazzard assembly....buns were all soggy.... ordered Extreme Tots and the lady didn't bother to tell us they don't have them anymore...billed and delivered cold regular tots.....wait staff did nothing but mumble throughout the entire visit and was nearly incomprehendable in our interaction..ended up getting a full refund for all but our drinks....TERRIBLE FOOD...TERRIBLE SERVICE.... I would highly NOT recommend...I would give zero or Negative stars if only it was possible....do yourself a favor and find a different restaurant or at least a different location...THIS ONES IS TERRIBLE!

Literally the worst Sonic I've ever been to in my life. And I am old. They had three stalls that did not work and instead of putting up a sign they just let you sit there for about 10 or 15 minutes till you figure it out. Food was terrible. Whoever owns this franchise or if it's a corporate store it needs to be corrected. Saw three drive-offs in the Drive-Thru and the lady at the drive-in window was cussing people out.
The person that took my order was just so rude I was saying my order and she didn’t say a work didn’t even tell me my total and just put it on the screen get better employees sonic!

Ordered 2 small cherry lime aids -waited at the kiosk and they NEVER brought our drinks Waited 10 minutes -and there was only 1 other car in the parking lot and Zero cars in the drive thru. 9/21

Super slow service. I ordered some food through a delivery service and my delivery driver had to apologize to me so many times. Because they couldn’t understand why it was taking so long to get my order from sonic. Wouldn’t go again.

Did an online order and went to pick it up at the restaurant, they forgot half my order and I called on the kiosk to inform them they brought out another bag and I get home and I’m still missing food. Tried calling number on receipt and was out of service, tried calling number on google and was also out of service. It’s a 15 minute drive there and back to go let them know so now I’m just out of that food and money.
