Food is awful here. My buns were soggy the meat was soaked in grease. My pickle fries were barely warm and also dripping with grease. My drink was good and the staff was friendly. I don’t plan on returning though. Get it together Sonic.

We attempted to make an order on 1/29/25 The young lady at the window was so unprofessional the speaker.. She told us that she sent everybody home and now we wanna come when it was time for her to close this was before 10 PM They don’t close until 11 PM her energy was so unprofessional and degrading to play a business that we decided to take video evidence she gave for customer service and she stated that her name was Kim. Don’t know if that’s true. Her action should definitely be corrected and she should be trained to conduct yourself in a professional manner, especially given the area she does not represent Sonic in a good way, I decided not to proceed with my order and chose to go elsewhere to eat

HORRIBLE!! The sad thing is this particular Sonic WAS the best around this area. I try not to write bad reviews because businesses do have bad days but here we are… third time is certainly the charm! Ordered our food online, picked it up and got home and couldn’t had been any worse!! No where on the order did is say onions, but did get a whole chopped up onion on both of our footlongs. I ordered light mustard on one and had a bottle of mustard on each! Called about seven times if not more with no answer! The girl that came to the vehicle the first time said “sorry we are super busy”!!! Ummm girl there is one other car in a stall and it is an employee vehicle because nobody is even in it! Take the order back to get it remade and having to wait due to them not answering the phone and once again sorry we are busy! Geeezzzz I come from restaurant business and if you consider my only vehicle being busy with the other employees standing there then there is certainly an issue!! This is probably why this Sonic has gone down not to mention management! Time before I ordered a breakfast sandwhich with no egg, the lady said they can’t sale anything with egg on it… I repeated myself and said I understand but I don’t want egg so therefore there isn’t a sale with egg on it, she repeated in a rude way I can’t sale ANNYYYTHHHINNGGGF with egg on it… okay ma’am I’m not getting egg, it is cheese and bacon ONLY… she said pull around. Once I got to the drive thru window she sling the window open and said you’re not understanding…. NOTHING with egg on it can be sold there is a recall on eggs… umm okay you’re not understanding NO EGGGGG!! She then clarified that the GM told them due to having youngsters that don’t listen they are not allowed to sale anyhow items that would even come with egg even though it was ordered with no egg! She flat out said that the youngsters are pretty much dumb and would put egg in an item even though it states no egg! Fine whatever at this point I was in my HANGRY stage and told her French toast sticks, I get them and they are cold!! And very first time, I ordered….. you get the understanding right?!? Never again! This Sonic is now ranked at the bottom of the pole.. the Sonic on 518 is just as bad, can only take cash half the time so they say! Not to mention the roach that was in my drink GOOD-DAY FOLKS!

Went to this location 11/16 around 2pm. Only 2 cars in the stalls, but decided to go thru the drive thru. Was told thru the speaker to please wait twice....after 12min in the drive thru, I realized that the 3 car rush was way to overwhelming for the staff....so I left..no food...never even took my order. I will not try to burden this location's already overworked staff...to many other options in the area. No wonder Chick-fil-A was full next door.

Picking up dinner for one at 7:30pm on a Monday, only 2 or 3 other customer vehicles present (not busy). Employees clearly not working as a team or with customer service/product in mind.

First went to a stall where I was placed on hold for a while before being hung up on. Pressed red button a second time, still background noise.

Punted for drive through. Placed order at drive through box. On approaching window employee asked to take my order again “because someone else took it and she doesn’t know the order or where ‘she’ (peer) is — ‘she’ (peer) has a good memory and keeps it in her head.”

While waiting at window, employees prioritizing slowly cleaning ice cream/mix machine, pouring water on floor to clean floors, and rough housing — I presume focused on closing rather than service. One employee parked hunched over on a stool the entire time.

I get that it’s not a great job, and I’ve worked fast food myself in my younger years…. But these employees aren’t doing the brand or owner any favors.

Sonic is Sonic with all its glory of fast foods style: hot dogs burgers, fries, drinks, etc. I love their ice and slushes. I would buy a bag of ice for about $3+ dollars. Put it in a sandwich size bags, freeze for future drinks. Love the crushed ice. Foods and pricing are decent and affordable. Great for adults and kids! Sonic foods and drinks can never go wrong to entertain kids!

This is the 2nd time I have ordered food waited for over 30 minutes and left because the employees won’t answer or let me know the ETA of when the food will be ready. Anytime you speak with the employees they act as if they are entitled. Service is poor and has been for years. If you are thinking about going to this sonic spend a few extra minutes and visit the sonic on 518. This location should be shut down immediately.

Terrible Terrible Drive thru service having to repeat a simple order and still didn't give me what was ordered, very slow, & will keep you waiting the longest you could make it's time to change employees

This Sonic at this time, 5pm 9/14/24 is a joke. I ordered 3 #1's one without tomato and ketchup. Both were added. A #3 came with NO BACON 1 PATTY NO VEGETABLES. Just meat and bread. I specifically said no tots. The guy in the drive-thru didn't listen at all. But the food preparations team completely messed up the burgers.
