The service was terrible, the staff very rudely told us that the drive through was not open telling us to find a stall, and most of the stalls, if they were open, were out of order. The workers came out to our stall with what we ordered, and walked back inside, like we weren't even there. My mom had to go to the door to request the food that we had ordered. All around if someone from sonic corporate sees this, please clean this place up. These workers need better training or something.

All the food was fresh and hot. Car Hop made a special trip back to the order window and brought our Aussie a "Pup Cup!" when she discovered her with us! Food was great and the service was above and beyond.

I don't know who owns this one who the district GM is, but they need to get into this location and train these people. Every time I come here, it is absolutely awful. Food. Service. Everything. Whoever the evening crew was on Tuesday could care less. Came thru for the new oreo cheesecake sundae and an oreo cheesecake shake (medium) and got 2 things of plain vanilla ice cream. 11 dollars for 2 ice creams. The worker snarkly said, "we don't have whipped cream," and I said, "That's OK. No biggie" only to be given the wrong thing entirely. I've given this location 5 tries, and every time, my order is wrong... never fails. Terrible. Won't be back.

I ordered a 5 piece chicken strip combo and I got no ketchup or sauces that I had added and I payed extra to have more Oreo pieces in my blast and it literally had none. I waited 20 minutes for my food which I didn’t have much of a problem with but I pressed the call button to see if it was just taking a while and a lady answered and was said “hold on” pretty rudely so I just waited and then someone finally brought my things. When I hit the button again to get my sauces I was talked to rudely again.Update: went to the same sonic today for just a drink, was a Dr Pepper with vanilla and they brought it out to me and there was liquid all on top of it like the spilled it and didn’t care, checked the inside and it was foamy too and the soda was flat. I’m so disappointed at the fact they can’t even make a drink without messing it up.

Ordered online, as I went through the drive through they informed me that drive through was not an option at the moment. I parked, pressed the button and no one ever spoke to me. I had to personally get down and ask for the items I ordered after 30 min of waiting to get a hold of someone. I waited 50 minutes for 2 mini blast that weren't even mixed.

Ugh, this location is terrible. First off, there are 2 ladies that work here that are extremely rude. I ordered 2 heath blasts, and one only had heath on top. Nothing mixed in the other had heath on top with a few p.b cup pieces mixed in ?? We've had to wait forever several times for online orders for just drinks. A lady spilled my daughters drink on her, didn't apologize, and treated my daughter like she was mad at her about it. Management needs to do some training and attitude checks here.
Boy with the boots and jeans is a great worker. I see him doing the drive through and taking out orders. Was nice to me.

Ridiculous to pay good money for this food and get home only to find trash.Ordered the footlong quarter pound coney only to get a hard footlong bun, cold chili, and old cheese?

I just got home with my footlong chili cheese dog & it is terrible. There is hardly ANY chili or cheese on it as you can see. Don't waste your money at this place! What's worse is that same thing happened last time I went and I thought it was just a bad day so I gave it another shot. It won't happen again though. I am done with Sonic!
