I go to starbucks every morning.. I AVOID this one like covid ( I usually go out of my way not to go to this one )!!! Today I went because it was closest to me... I put in my mobile order, pull up to the speaker and the lady says sorry we are not opening now, we just got here.. I told her I put in a mobile order and she said contact the app the will refund you... which is not true!! So I did not get my drink or my refund..

These new baristas they got are awful and don’t make anything right
I’ve been to plenty of Starbucks but this is my favorite. Haven is an absolute treat! She’s so sweet and friendly, one of the highlights of my day ☺️🥰

Just went into Starbucks and my mom of 73 years old was harassed by the manager at the store for seemingly no reason when only asking for a water. The manager told my mom to hush and kicked her out of the store and would not even allow her to buy a tea afterwards. This is one of the most ludicrous things ever, this manager did this in front of other customers as well. I don't know what kind of recourse I can have regarding this but this is the poorest level of service I have ever heard of.

Everyone here is very friendly. I say this both as a customer and as a delivery worker. No matter how busy they are, they always treat you well—even when they’re overwhelmed with orders. Blessings to all of you 💖🙌🏼 💙

I just stood in line for five minutes with five or six employees standing behind the counter. I walked off and nobody batted an eye.Other than the long wait I saw there was no fresh coffee so I decided to leave.. I tried this Starbucks because the one closer to my house is not much better. I dislike being so negative but Starbucks is not giving their coffee away so for the price we are paying there should be much better service.

Came in to get my daily order today:
Venti Iced White Mocha + Breakfast Sandwich.
Always get no ice & no whip.
Two reasons for No Ice:
One, the Ice melts in Houston heat & humidity & drink gets watered down QUICKLY. I like to add ice as I go.
Two, paying nearly $7 per drink, I'm not into paying for 3/4 cup ice with a little bit of drink over the ice.
When paying $7 a drink + a breakfast sandwich (another $6), EVERY DAY, this shouldn't been an issue & hasn't been the past 20+ years.
Today the girl at the counter told me I can no longer do NO ICE and get a full drink. I'd need to pay for the entire drink, but have some of the drink left empty where the ice would have gone. It's now their "status quo" or something like that.
THE SOLUTION.....
I simply canceled my order (breakfast sandwich included), and told the girl i dont need it that bad. She was polite by the way. Non-compromising, but polite.
I will now be using my home brew (BIZZY COLD BREW from Amazon). Add Sweet Cream or White Chocolate to it & it's really good.
I'll miss getting out for my daily Starbucks drink & meal, but I can't justify paying $7 for a cup of ice with a little bit of coffee, milk & syrup. More importantly, I'm just not into giving my money to places who feel I'm lucky to be giving it to them & need them. I'm perfectly fine without Starbucks.
All in all, this is actually helpful in many ways:
1- I'll save about $13 / day × 7 days = $91 per week × 4 = $364/month. Or $4,368/year.
Message to Starbucks:
Hopefully not filling the drink up is worth that amount?
2- Making my own will cut some calories, which I've been wanting to do. This just helps solidify that decision!
I have $77.58 left on my Starbucks card that I just refilled. I'll use that up when I travel somewhere, then toss it.
Thank you Starbucks for this new policy. It pays for most of my new Range Rover SPORT i just bought👍😎

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years, everyone is always very nice and attentive! My go to drink was actually recommended by one of the baristas years ago (blonde vanilla latte with oatmilk)
