This morning me and 2 other ladies waited about 25 minutes for our drinks. I’ve never had a drink take this long. We had to walk up and ask about our drink and their responses were ohhhh ok yeah let me get on that but the whole time they were standing there talking. it was super frustrating, i never leave reviews and i just HAD TO. This was the worst experience ever. Go to any location but this one. We shouldn’t have to repeatedly ask if they are making our drinks especially if it’s not busy.

Great place to get morning coffee. Drive through is convenient.
Always friendly faces to greet you in the drive through, and great suggestions for alternate drink favorites. My new FAVE is the Caramel Ribbon Crunch!!! Just a slight upgrade from my basic Caramel Frappe Xtra whip but with a delicious twist. Thank you STARBUCKS.

Evelyn in the drive-thru is amazing and truly loves her job. She was so happy in taking our order and then we got to the window and she was so sweet and full of joy! It’s such a nice thing to see someone who truly loves what they do and put their heart into it! And of course our coffee was great.

Tried the hot Peppermint Mocha Cappuccino and it was perfect, plus a piece of banana nut bread. They took my order and actually listened to what I did and didn't want! Bonus! Other than the location can be a pain in the rear during busy times due to limited size of property, it is great! Seldom go inside because I usually can't find a parking place but the few times I have it is always nice and cozy.

This Starbucks is terribly slow consistently. They have a limited selection of everything and are constantly out of things. Idk if this is just a badly managed location or one that's been forgotten.

Absolutely amazing ? Every time I come back the food and drinks just get better and better!!! The drive thru moves at a very reasonable pace, they are very good with getting orders correct. I definitely recommend this Starbucks!!!

The drive-thru is always super fast, and everyone is very nice. I don't really recommend going inside. It's isn't dirty. The service...happens. If you want to hear conversations and wait way longer than you should, go in. It's really more for people who bring a laptop and plan to stay.
SCRUMPTIOUSOrdered a Venti Vanilla Cream Cold Brew and I thought it came with cold foam but when I got my drink she was so nice and gave me a tall cup w/ foam.Also ordered one of their seasonal beverages; the Venti Shaken Apple Oatmeal Blonde Espresso and it's literally like apple flavored oatmeal.We got a Double-Smoked Bacon Cheddar and Egg breakfast sandwich. Usually they Nuke them in the microwave for way too long, but it wasn't too hot this time. They remodeled their bar not too long ago and it feels much cleaner and sparkly in here.

I have been to this location so many times and I've never known a Starbucks to be so incredibly inconsistent with their drink making. I feel like they don't measure anything and just free hand everything because I could order the same drink 2 times in a row and it looks and tastes different. Typically the drinks tend to be extremely weak and look like milk. If I wanted Dunkin' quality I would go there. This location is usually more convenient for me but I will have to start exclusively using the 96 location from now on. Also, the staff is almost always seem cranky and they just ignore you and sometimes even have a little attitude.
