Attempted to buy coffee there this morning, and I was the only customer in the building. I was completely ignored as I walked in and up to the counter. After standing there waiting for a few minutes, I walked out. They knew I was there, yet never even acknowledged my presence! Incredible.
Black Rock is right down the street and they are always welcoming. I'll leave the house earlier to make up the drive.

Every time I come here, my match is never right. The service is pretty bad. I have seen the employees playing and joking while there was a lobby of people waiting.

Got my drink from mobile order the drink was made wrong and my hot coffee was cold. I went back to get it remade and the barista made it Wrong a second time and it was not even a complicated order. I had to wait for her to make it a third time and it did not taste like my usual drink. I ordered the same drink every time. Bad experience.

This morning I sent my colleague to get Starbucks for the office and she was not greeted by AMANDA! Indeed she was rude and asked my colleague to leave. This is unacceptable i like Starbucks and my corporate office needs Starbucks but after this encounter i rather send my colleague to …McDonalds. Amandas unprofessionalism was indeed unfair , uncalled for and unnecessary. I will definitely not be buying from Starbucks again for myself and my team.
