I come in here all the time and usually my drinks are generally right every time, but today I came, and my drink was wrong i paid for a Vente however it was made a grande so I went into the store to get it fixed and a lady named Alma didn’t look at my receipt, app, or look anything up and proceeded to say they charged me for a grande but she’ll make a Vente anyway. Also it wasn’t mixed fully. The screen said Vente and that’s what they charged me for.

Don't advertise 4:30am opening if your team isn't going to be ready at 4:30am. I pulled up at 4:33am today, 3/27, and the employee told me they weren't open because they had just gotten to the store. I've sat at the drive thru in the past a couple minutes, patiently, before they realized I was there or what have it, being able to order at 4:35am. I'm OK with that. But don't tell me you're just plain closed when you're advertised hours at...

Why do yall do this. We order 2 drinks and this what I get. I waited to get home so I could enjoy my at home with my wife. I noticed the cup was really light and I find this. Next time I will be checking before I leave. The coffee is way too expensive to get a cup barely over half full.
