I go to Randall’s at least once a week for groceries and I’ve tried this Starbucks a hand full of times When I get a tea or coffee here, they never make it right, literally the worst! . I feel bad for leaving a bad review but it’s just been my experience. Wouldn’t waste your $.

I will literally never use this location again! The gal working today was horrible! When we ordered the lavender iced matcha drink, she literally rolled her eyes and said “oh god”! Who says that to a customer?! I work in customer service and was absolutely stunned. Then on top of it all… she made it horribly with barely any lavender cold foam. Not to mention the line of people that accumulated well after we ordered. The other gal just sat there and slowly put some stock away, while leaving customers unattended. SmhLazy, rude, employees who don’t care. You’ve lost my business. I will now go to one of the many other locations where the service is 100 times better. Psssht
