Alexis (brown complexion with many piercings )was the one to make our drinks. She was very rude and unwelcoming. One of the drinks wasn’t made right and she had an attitude because we asked if it could be fixed.

I got a VT hot chocolate, it was like drinking water. While the staff was polite, I had asked for whiped cream on top and it was not added to either my receipt or the drink. Also when asked about how to order a coffee drink I was referred to the website as only option.

Horrible customer service and it's insane to know they want to charge $1.15 for no ice because they use more water. Does starbucks not know ice is water in a solid form, you are not using more water. The convenience of having a starbucks inside a target is now an inconvenience when customer service is lacking. This is my iced coffee, I should get a discount since it's not filled all the way up.

The staff is unaware and absent minded. I was the only person there and she started calling out a name that was not mine or written on the cup. it was also a female name when I am clearly a male with a beard. Then the cowork was said it's yours. The drink it self was ok but they where out of the drizzle. It's a nice convenience in a target but not a destination... I would rather go to a real stand alone location.

Stopped in bought items for my crew , and couldn’t even drink mine, you couldn’t taste the coffee & she was no-caring! I spoke up before the other could say anything because she was already laughing , I told her it was me! She was rude as well & didn’t apologize! I’ll never go back to this Starbucks!!!They also had huge nets flying around!! Nasty!!
I give 5 stars to Keegan, I don’t know if I spelled his name right! But he was so nice when I asked to make me that Ube Frappucino off the Starbucks secret menu! It’s been popular in our FB page and I thought I could give it a try! Wish all Starbucks shop staff like Keegan would be as nice as him! Great customer service! Kudos to you Keegan! Keep up the good work!

While waiting for the scrub engraving place to finish they recommended us to go to this place. At first I was skeptical because from the outside looked runned down and old, but when you step in it's very rustic hipster place. Their Kolache are totally worth every penny they are not shy on their meat. You will not be disappointed looks sketchy but worth.
