To the guy who handed us our drink at the window, with the circular glasses and butterfly tattoo on the left bicep, and long hair. Your attitude was TERRIBLE. My husband was being friendly when you were handing us our drink and the disgusted look you gave and turning around walking off after ignoring us was the most ridiculous thing we’ve dealt with! We were the only ones in line and always try lightening the mood for the drive through workers but just to be treated like we were tonight is crazy.

It was my bday and on the app it wouldn’t show my reward for my free bday offer, so they just looked at my id and I got my free drink:) no fuss at all very friendly, went to another location before that they didn’t even try but this one did !

All the food is packaged. Mostly not good or healthy. Like the teas and other fruit drinks. Love the smell of fresh coffee, but dont drink it. I'm not sure about the quality of the beans they use. Great place to meet and catch up with someone.

Amanda the Starbucks barista was so sweet and nice, I had order a coffee and it was not the one I wanted. But she was so sweet and was able to remake me my coffee I order. She also show me how to pay online using the Starbucks app since I had forgotten my debit card to pay. She’s so sweet and great customer service.
It's sometimes hit or miss depending on who's at the counter or window. The ladies have been lovely. The older males who work here are always moody. I was told I can not make your order when one of the girls comes up and says no problem and fixed it anyway. The drink I've ordered here and at other Starbucks before.

The night crew was RUDE. No one else was in the lobby yet it took over 15 minutes after I paid for them to let me know that they were out of cookies, and 15 minutes to get an Americano. Hot chocolate had no flavor, but they had already been so rude that I was afraid to ask them to remake it.
