It's sometimes hit or miss depending on who's at the counter or window. The ladies have been lovely. The older males who work here are always moody. I was told I can not make your order when one of the girls comes up and says no problem and fixed it anyway. The drink I've ordered here and at other Starbucks before.

I come here multiple times a week for a few years now and lately service is just bad. I always pay nearly $8 for my drink, and while I’m not complaining about the price itself, the last few times they haven’t made it right and I don’t have the time to go back to get it fixed.
