Why is it delivery orders always take longer than drive-through or other customer orders I end up waiting 15 minutes usually for an order where is somebody that comes into the counter? Doesn’t wait more than five minutes. This is ridiculous. This causes the drivers to lose money by having to wait so long to pick up one order.

This Starbucks is worse than most. They never seem to have enough people working and their is almost 0 interaction with the customers in the store. I typically have to wait quite a while for my drinks and if their is an issue when they make it you are out of luck getting it resolved.
Really wish there was an alternative close by.

I normally love this Starbucks because I seriously live like 5 minutes away. I come quite often but I see that the new staff members dont know how to warm up food properly. I had two wraps that where both ice cold in the middle. First time I've ever gotten cold food from this spot. Hopefully they will see this and be more mindful of how long they are warming the food up for and makes sure its fully warmed.
I went to get my coffee the other day, and I was rudely spoken to by the manager Amanda. Extremely unprofessional employee. Will not be returning to this location to spend my hard earned money.

I been ordering my pike place coffee this week and I order 15 minutes before and it’s never ready when I come pick it up they still make me wait for 10 more minutes I’m a little confused how long does it take for a pike place coffee to be done! It’s it one of of the easy ones 🙄
