UnAcceptable! Moving needed something quick. Pre-order via app. Turky &Ham. I have never had the thick ham on any subway sandwhich in my history of subway. Two young men in store, everytime you bit the sandwhich, enough mayo plopped out for another sandwhich. Third bite in a long piece of hair, I have locs. I was done, going to bed. The day was enough, will be driving back to friendswood or going to the other location further from my apt.

The workers here are very rude, racist don’t greet you when you walking in they didn’t want to make our sandwiches when we walked and one of the workers didn’t was so called getting off started mopping the lobby and mopped over our feet while our food was being made the other guy that was making our food was making our sandwiches with an attitude and when we asked him for fresh pickles, he didn’t wanna go to the back and get them. He said that it was taking to long for him to get them and we told him it wasn’t a problem we will wait he still didn’t want to get them the store Closes at 10 we made it there at 8:20 I will be calling corporate on them because we did nothing wrong but ask for fresh food

We've gotten sandwiches here many times to go and online. The employees are always very friendly, and it's one of the cleanest subways I've been in. Sandwiches are always well made.

My family and I came in Sunday 2/16/25. We were in a time crunch and Mr. Sombreros 2 doors down seemed to be closed with their doors locked so subway was the alternative.
First off the employee with the extremely loud/annoying voice who got in the passenger seat of a musty smelling red Mercedes car parked next to us when we were leaving didn’t close his mouth once the entire time we were in there.
He continuously talked over our sandwiches and the food (disgusting and unsanitary) to the male employee attempting to make our order (4 sandwiches) but didn’t help him once.
It took nearly 30 mins for one employee to make our 4 sandwiches that weren’t complicated and had little to no toppings except for one. My husband has Invisalign and our sandwiches were cold and hard by the time we sat down to eat them so he had to pick apart his sandwich just to eat it. On my kids sandwiches he put way too much sauce and put it in the wrong spot right at the fold of the flatbread, which in turn caused all the sauce to ooze out while my 2 & 4 year olds were eating it. The overall experience was trash. The food was trash the vegetables were all running extremely low and looked very gross, slimy & brown. The employee who cut our sandwiches used the same knife on each sandwich and cut through/into the paper on each one. The loud mouth employee who didn’t stop loudly speaking the entire time we were there talked about issues with the cold cut combo meat, talked about another employee who was coming in for his shift, berated the other two male employees, was extremely rude to a kid waiting to be helped for quite some time, talked trash about customers specifically old customers, and used profanity while my family including my three children under 10 were dining. It made for a very unpleasant meal. The floors all around the drink station were sticky, where you put your drinks to fill them with soda looked sticky and disgusting and like it had been cleaned in a few days, Coke was out of syrup.
Food for thought to upper management: fire your employees and start fresh, they really make this location look trashy, unsanitary, and unsatisfying.

Highly recommend this over any subway I've been too. The bread is always fresh, vegetables are fresh and clean, very clean! I always tip these people. Very good 👍 👏

i frequent this location regularly and eat my lunch in the store so i am privy to other customer/employee interactions. the store is clean, the food looks and is appetizing, and the 4 daytime employees are exceptional in that theyre always friendly and are ready to make your sandwich Your way. the mother/son employee relationship is adorable. mom is super nice and the son is Very personable, which makes for great customer service. a fantastic personality!! i highly recommend this subway.

I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered a Rotisserie chicken sandwich and a turkey sandwich. Neither one of these sandwiches had hardly any meat on them at all. The chicken one literally had two tiny pieces on it which made my hungry husband mad. This completely ruined the day.
Apparently it is a Subway policy to fill the sandwiches with no proteins and charge you for them only to gain as much profit as possible. It seems Subway as a corporation is more concerned with greed than guest satisfaction. These are the reasons I will not be giving any more money to this corporation. I got an apology, but that doesn't change anything at all. Subway just lost a long term customer. Sorry not sorry for calling you out Andreina. Your apology does nothing!!! There is a reason you only have 3.5 stars and that's too high of a rating.

The lady that made my sandwich’s was rude and unfriendly. She changed me over $40.00 for 2 sandwiches while she gave her amigos free food.

The employee was extremely agitated and rude slinging items around. This type of customer service is exactly why I won't come back to any subway. The food is to be expected its consistent. The employee should be fired.

I went into this Subway on a Wednesday morning at around 10:15. It was day 3 of being without power because of Hurricane Beryl. Maribel and Cindy were kind and helpful. Most of the local businesses had opened up their drive-thrus but weren't allowing their customers to come inside their establishments to get relief from the 100° heat. Cindy and Meribel allowed me to sit inside, charge my phone and tablet, & work. I am so grateful to Subway and the employees at this location for showing compassion for customers during this very stressful time.
