There is one specific person that ruins our order EVERY SINGLE TIME! Female, that looks and sometimes acts like, she’s on some heavy drugs. Not only is she rude, but she is completely inept. My kids LOVE Subway and this location is the closest to our house. Needless to say, we’ll be going to another location, SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE OF THIS WOMAN. My kids have asked if she was ok. I’m not sure how she has a job at this point.

I order online using the app, but after a couple of orders it seems like they are always out of something, always have additional questions, or the order is just wrong. When I call, no answer. When I complain in the store, no one speaks English. My experiences have been frustrating and I will not return.

Don't bother using the app, the employees don't care to look at anything you pay for extra. Paid for extra meat, and I got the most pathetic looking sandwich you could ever create. Go in person, if you go here at all, and make sure they make your sandwich right because they will still take your money for it

This place is the worst! Ordered through the app. Got a footlong Ultimate BMT and added double. When got it home, I noticed there was no double meat and no cheese. The sandwich comes 2X provolone cheese! Called several times with no one answering. I will never go to this place again!🤬🤬🤬🤬

I went in to get a salad because I love Subway salads however there were two guys there one with long hair and then a tall guy the one with long hair was dealing with a customer so the other guy was taking my order and I ordered a salad he asked me if I wanted lettuce and I just thought to myself salads need lettuce, I felt like he didn't want to be there, he wasn't really rude per say but I did not feel welcomed nor did I feel like my business was wanted. Got back to work and there was little to no bacon and my salad was drenched in dressing so bad I can't eat it. Do better subway!!!!!

Waited there for 30 min for them to make one sandwich.....when it was finally my turn to order i asked for a wrap and they told me they only use flat breads for wraps...both the workers were obviously high...hint the one worker with long nasty hair and no hair net trying to separate 2 pieces of cheese for 5 min...ended up leaving with nothing.Both guys are incompetent and lazy.

VERY BAD SERVICE. 1. They are very slow 2. They deal with things as if they were upset. 3. One of them has a black shirt but it is full of cat or dog hair, but I think that is very filthy and unhygienic.
