Words from my teenage son who the heck nutted in his cup? This white whatever this is covered his entire cup, and when the soda was poured out the whites stuff did not come out of the cup. This is so nasty

Just received a Baja blast freeze from this location with milky residue probably from another drink at the bottom of the cup. Meaning the cup was used and dirty or they started with the wrong drink and used the cup anyways. This is disgusting and unacceptable.
