Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This TSC location is my absolute favorite! The staff is quick and friendly. They always are willing to fix any errors with a smile and kindness. Have been coming here since it opened and I think it's only gotten better overtime! They should be a model for TSC. Not all of them are as great as this one imo.

The food like always was great. The thing that drives the score down is the employee dealing with customers. She’s not happy and seems annoyed when I ask questions.

Every single time. I hate avocado, I always ask for NO AVOCADO. Every. Single. Time. They scoop the green stuff on.

This location can never get it right. If you’re not going to make it to order, stop giving the option.

It’s staffed by a bunch of high schools kids that just don’t care and have no concept of customer service. Walk in and you’ll feel it right away. Get a solid manager and things will turn around. Until then, go elsewhere.

My first time coming to tropical smoothie cafe , and it was the best decision I made , I ordered a Caribbean jerk wrap and a coke and a girl named Yvonne ? Ivonne? One of those she made my wrap for me and it came out so delicious!!!! definitely will be coming back!.

I went to Tropical Smoothie for the first time today. I ordered a Pomegranate Plunge smoothie, the Cali Breakfast Flatbread, and the All American sausage wrap. They had the food ready fast but when I got home (10 mins away) I noticed the All American wrap was ice cold like out of the refrigerator. My Cali flatbread was very good and warm just sloppy with sauce everywhere. The smoothie was great. I called the store and they offered to remake the cold wrap but I was already home. Next time I will double check the food before I go all the way home. They also didn’t greet us when we walked in. I thanked them anyway and walked out. The guys working were very much into their own conversation.

Vegetarian options: You can very easily ask the staff to remove items that you don't want, plus they have some whole vegan options.

Parking: It's a shared storefront lot, shared with other businesses, so on busier days, parking gets tight.

Kid-friendliness: The environment is kid friendly, no weird imagery or flags, very tropical/beach vibey.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's only a couple spots in the front of the store that have a ramp to the sidewalk. Will need help opening the door.

I had food poisoning from eating at this location. I had mango-pineapple smoothie and a breakfast wrap on Friday. Couple of hours after eating that I experienced food poisoning symptoms which subsided today. It was my first time coming to this location, and I won’t go back.

I guess you have to do a mobile order in order to get service here? Walked in and stood at the register for 5 min. Weirdly, multiple employees made eye contact with me but I wasn’t acknowledged. The person in line behind me even said “hello there are people in line”. To which they said and did nothing. Yikes. If I could give zero stars I would. I walked out after that.

We stopped in for a smoothie as the place by our gym is closed on Sundays. Nice selection and good price for a smoothie.

I’ve never been to this place but I tried today, I’m not blaming anything on these guys, the store and the products look great but I wasn’t even allowed to order at 1:40 they were telling me we can’t take any orders at the moment, they were a little busy but by no means packed, I waited for them to finish and once they were finished they didn’t want to take my order and wanted to close up the store because they were visually stressed out. Idk who manages the place but they definitely need more staff working with them because they denied my service after everyone was taken care of, which isn’t okay.
