I’ve never been to this place but I tried today, I’m not blaming anything on these guys, the store and the products look great but I wasn’t even allowed to order at 1:40 they were telling me we can’t take any orders at the moment, they were a little busy but by no means packed, I waited for them to finish and once they were finished they didn’t want to take my order and wanted to close up the store because they were visually stressed out. Idk who manages the place but they definitely need more staff working with them because they denied my service after everyone was taken care of, which isn’t okay.

Not allergen friendly at all. I made a point to tell the server that I had a pineapple allergy and requested another fruit substitution. I don't know if it was ignorance or malace but she substituted other fruit for double pineapple. Had to Epipen. Thank God I know what pineapple tastes like.

Well, the shake was the wrong color and I've had them make my drink wrong before, so when the girl gave me my drink, I asked, excuse me, what drink is this? She pointed at the label and said, peanut paradise real slow, nearly spelling it out for me. I have self-control, apparently she doesn't. Gee thanks. Would appreciate less of the awkward, smart responses from these teens. She didn't add the dark chocolate or the avocado that I paid extra for.

Only ordered out from here but the Baja wrap is great, delicious, and succulent. The Jerk chicken wrap was spicy and decent blend on Caribbean flavors. The wraps are decent size to keep you satisfied. For the price, it is worth the meals.

If you are looking for something healthy food and smoothies, you must give Tropical Smoothie Cafe a try. The Smoothies are awesome and lot's of different choices. They also have tasty wraps, flatbread, breakfast, and they have Acai bowls so good. You are greeted when entering, so you feel welcome and the place is clean. The staff will offer suggestions is needed. This is my smoothie go to place always.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu as well that offers smoothies and food combo

We have avoided this location for a long time cause they can't seem to get things right and so we gave them another chance and nope same bad service.. Ordered kids quesadilla added chicken and paid extra for it... No chicken. Same thing as in the past. Had 3 slaws on the order... Only got 2. And somehow we get chips we never ordered. Waste of money. Pearland location is amazing. This one obviously doesn't care about training employees correctly. This for sure is the last time I'm dealing with this tropocal smoothie. Also the cheese quesadilla tasted like cracker with barley any cheese and no guac in our baja wraps. Owners if you read this... Hire people who care cause thos place was good over 2 years ago now it just sucks.
