walked into this yogurt shop expecting frozen yogurt and toppings. What I wasn’t expecting was for the toppings to already be spread across the entire building.

The floors were covered with food. The tables were covered with food. Even the walls looked like they had joined in on the snacking and were covered with food too. It felt less like a yogurt shop and more like the aftermath of a food fight that nobody bothered to clean up.

Trying to find a clean place to sit became its own adventure. At one point, I wasn’t sure if I should order yogurt or just start identifying the mystery substances decorating every surface.

Cleanliness seems to have taken a permanent vacation from this establishment. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. One star only because zero stars isn’t an option.

They don't take credit cards anymore. Only cash, zelle or PayPal, WTH? Won't be going there anymore. What happened to making things easy for the customer and wanting to make your business accomdating for the consumer?? Guess that's just not a thing anymore.

The frozen yogurt itself was decent, but there were a few disappointing things about the experience. They didn’t offer any samples, so you basically have to guess what flavor you want and hope you like it. They’re also cash only, which wasn’t very convenient. We got 2 large cups and the total came out to $41, which felt pretty overpriced for frozen yogurt. On top of that, it melted super fast. Overall, not a terrible place, but definitely not the best value or experience I’ve had at a frozen yogurt shop.

This place is dirty, overpriced, and has a terrible flavor selection. Seems really shady that they only accept cash, venmo, zelle, or cashapp.

This used to be my favourite place to get a sweet treat but the last 3 times i went there the quality has declined IMMENSELY. all of the flavours are half melted. you can even taste that theres either not enough flavor or too much. not sure if its a management issue or a machine issue.

Very dirty seating area

Horrible, the fudge was rancid. I told the guy at the counter and he said yeah other people complained about it too. I said it needed to be thrown out or removed from the counter and he just laughed and played with his phone. The Brownie topping were sour like old milk too.
Food is old.
I still have the taste of that horrible fudge in my mouth.

Good selection of yogurt and sides, but service is poor and the seating could use a refresh.

This location is awful. The place is run down and gross and the employee was in the back on her phone. We stood up there waiting and we can see her on her phone through the window. She finally saw us and walked out and checked out us out without saying a single word. She stood there on her phone for a little bit then walked to the back. We needed a lid to-go so I went up to the front and she couldn’t see us. Finally I just reached behind the counter and grabbed one myself. The kids were sitting on a dirty shelf so we ended up not using it. Makes me wonder how dirty the rest of the place is. It’s time time for them to renovate and hire new people.

Also, they took out the pistachio and taro. Bummer.

Also also, overpriced and flavor is mid. They don’t post their prices and you can’t sample the flavors beforehand. The place is a mess.

Disgusting. We tried to eat inside, but even my 9 year old was so disgusted by the dirt and grime on every surface that has probably never ever been cleaned. Will never go back

Over priced for yogurt. $16 for 2 people that’s too much.

I don’t know what happened to this place. My family and I would come here for a little treat. Not only were machines pouring out water, the place was dirty. The bathroom had gnats flying everywhere. The strawberry popping boba balls were hard as expired gummy bears. Couldn’t even eat them. The chocolate tased like freezer burn. Also, the price has skyrocketed since we last went. Sad to say that’s the last time we will go.
