Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt

This location is awful. The place is run down and gross and the employee was in the back on her phone. We stood up there waiting and we can see her on her phone through the window. She finally saw us and walked out and checked out us out without saying a single word. She stood there on her phone for a little bit then walked to the back. We needed a lid to-go so I went up to the front and she couldn’t see us. Finally I just reached behind the counter and grabbed one myself. The kids were sitting on a dirty shelf so we ended up not using it. Makes me wonder how dirty the rest of the place is. It’s time time for them to renovate and hire new people.

Also, they took out the pistachio and taro. Bummer.

Also also, overpriced and flavor is mid. They don’t post their prices and you can’t sample the flavors beforehand. The place is a mess.

Disgusting. We tried to eat inside, but even my 9 year old was so disgusted by the dirt and grime on every surface that has probably never ever been cleaned. Will never go back

I don’t know what happened to this place. My family and I would come here for a little treat. Not only were machines pouring out water, the place was dirty. The bathroom had gnats flying everywhere. The strawberry popping boba balls were hard as expired gummy bears. Couldn’t even eat them. The chocolate tased like freezer burn. Also, the price has skyrocketed since we last went. Sad to say that’s the last time we will go.

Didn’t see an employee for 5 minutes after walking in, the place was also run down and dirty. They purposely don’t post their price anywhere, but it’s very expensive at 65¢ an oz. That’s $10.40 for a pint!

Decent ice cream, but way better off just going somewhere else at this price

We arrived around 3pm, Monday. The attendant said hi and that's all. Paid and never saw her again. While there were no other patrons in the establishment, a good cleaning could be done.

The walls, seating and the door were grimy, filthy and looks like things haven't been wiped down in quite some time.

At 8:30, the location looked like it was closed. The employee placed all the chairs up and was rude when we asked if it was open. The employee replied "we are open until 9:30, but I am cleaning up". The froyo is great, but needs better employees + and cleaner environment.

My cup was maybe half full but the price was $6.xx. Seems way over priced nowadays.

I wonder since things aren't working right and cash only, are they jacking up prices.

Either way, they are out pricing me.

We've been coming here for a few years, but just went in today and got charged $33 for 2 SMALL sized yogurts. This is over double the price that we've paid in the past. It was cash only today because their internet must have been down, but even when we questioned the price multiple times; the employee insisted that she was correct. We got scammed, and we will not be back again. We will be going to Sweetfrog in the future.

The froyo is usually good. Occasionally the machines don't provide good consistency. Today, we had some froyo and it caught me off guard that I was asked to zelle the money. Taxes were included which made me question the transaction. It seemed a bit more expensive than usual. A receipt wasn't available.

I bought 3 ice creams, one for my son, my husband and mine. My husband's ice cream (mango flavor)It had a hair insideI told the cashier, and she said “oh, grab another one.”I went and grabbed a different snow because I no longer wanted the mango one because of the hair, and when he saw me passing he wanted to charge me again. I told him because if I already paid, the hair is their problem, not mine.He told me they didn't do refundsBut I never asked for a refund, I just wanted my husband's snow, nor did he try to help me.And the location is very dirty, it is not like it was a few months ago when we used to come very often
