Went to this location for breakfast, I ordered the honey butter chicken biscuit. After taking a bite I realized chicken was raw, not even 30 minutes later started feeling really sick was sweaty, lightheaded, and nauseous. Never going to this location ever again.

For the second time in less than two weeks same store, same employee (Lupe). While door dashing they give me the wrong customer’s order. When showing Lupe the customer’s name he didn’t seem to understand and gets frustrated telling me it’s the right order just the wrong receipt. He then asks me is this correct, referring to the receipt. I said yes the receipt is correct but you have to check the bag to make sure everything is correct, in which he gets frustrated with me again and we began to argue to which he finally decides to redo a fresh order. I think there’s a little hostility towards me because I’ve gave him a bad review prior when I went there as a customer and he gave me bad service. I shouldn’t have to go through this because an employee doesn’t want to take accountability for their mistakes and there should be disciplinary action for that individual that has given me such unprofessional conduct and distraught within 12 days.

The employees are really, not very friendly I always order extra onion on my junior bacon cheeseburger, and they always put one onion ring on there just one sometimes when they feel like being butt holes, they will put pickles instead ,very rude Especially when I work a harder job than them and they cannot put onions on my burger? whatever

There is no consistency in this place ordered a 4 for 4 one night substituted the fries for chili and upsized it. Today went in the lady at the register switched it on the screen switched it back and said she couldn’t do it. I’ve always substituted fired for chili either way why are some people doing it at your store and others are rudely saying not possible after we saw her change it on the screen then change it back right in front of us.

Okay I rarely leave reviews on fast food joints but every time I come here the quality is great. The burger I got last night legitimately looked like it was out of an advertisement.
Cashier Chris was really nice and gave a warm welcome. Sometimes the little things matter the most

They almost always get my order right and fairly quickly. Dining room is always pretty clean. Staff is friendly. I'm a fan of their fries (like them better than McD's, BK, and Arby's), chili, and chicken sandwich.
I showed up to this location before they closed. As soon I got to the menu they asked me if I was going to be using my rewards for the meal. I then proceeded to give my order. I sat for about 5 minutes without any response. I drove to the window only for them to look at me like I'm crazy. Apparently it's a recording. Even though I got to the location before they closed. Glad they wasted my time. I work late and next time I'll know to avoid Wendy's.
