Door says they’re open from 11am to midnight. However got there at 10pm and told us they were closed. Need to update it

I ordered the cajun tenders meal with cajun fries. I got home and they gave Buffalo tenders and regular fries. I was only able to eat 2 of the tenders and something was not right. And turns out I was food poisoned and spent 2 days in hell. I will never eat here again. On the official black list.

Whoever dipped my two full capped ranch cups in butter needs to grow up. The butter wasn't melted on the outside.. I checked my bag in the car & saw a butter spill on the bottom of the bag. My very first visit & this is how I'm treated? Their excuse was "oh the garlic parm wings must gave spliced out. No. someone in the kitchen thought I'd be cute to dip my ranch cups and create a mess in the bottom of the bag. Afraid that's not the case. Is this normal behavior? Do every single parm wings create this? Again. No. I really don't appreciate this. No napkins were in the bag. I asked for napkins at the counter. Again. Nothing. The girl at the counter told me there's a bathroom I can use to clean my grease buttery hands. Manager apologized to me. Stop playing games with people's food. DISGUSTING. I wished I took a photo.

The food was decent but service was horrible! Lady at front register was rude and spoke in a condescending tone from the beginning, and when I gave her the name TWICE she still told me “I need the first name”.. This just speaks for itself. Never coming to this location again.

Do not recommend. Ordered my food online, picked it up, and there was hair taped into the sticker to close the bag, then I opened the food and there was long straight hair in there as well! Absolutely unacceptable, and then to have them talk crap about me in Spanish not thinking I understood was the icing on the cake. I will not be back.

Told them to give me boneless, they printed receipt with boneless and gave me bone-in. Didn't notice till I came home. Also took 20 minutes for that order. DONT COME

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! We placed our order online, went to pick it up and the General manager said he didn’t get the order, we showed him our receipt and he still refused to make it saying we had to buy the food again for him to make it. He said the money was pending but it was clearly taken out of our account (tried telling him that). He said he wasn’t able to refund us money because it hasn’t left our account yet(which was a complete lie) and that once it posted he would refund us immediately. Still never offered to make us our food or any resolution at all. We are now on week 3 of waiting for our money back. I’ve talked to the other manager at that store and they said that the GM absolutely has the power to correct those situations and was choosing not to for some reason unknown to her. She seemed confused at the GM’s lack of care for his own job. THEY LITERALLY TOOK OUR MONEY AND KEPT IT DO NOT EAT HERE

Boneless wings were soaking in almost half an inch of grease in the to go container. Wings weren’t even fully cooked chewy. Fries were soggy, cold and had no seasoning on them. Ended up throwing my entire meal away after a bite of each. Hands down WORST experience ever with

I was served by a super bitter lady, as if what I was grabbing was not bought, I didn't even give a 1
I ordered $75 worth of wings and they sent me an incomplete order, the wrong potatoes, they didn't send me the ranch, they were 4 and they didn't send me any, I ordered at 8:57 And they told me that at 9:41 but they sent me the order at 9:57 pm. I called to let them know and they said sorry, we are going to close, there is nothing we can do, and the wings were very skinny and had no sauce. It is the worst experience we have had buying wings

My experience at this place, being a cashier was awful. I always had to use a translator because nobody spoke English, amando, the g.m, is a terrible manager. He was so rude and would make up his own rules just because he knew it would make you upset. I tried to bring food out to a lady parked in the handi Capped spot and he told me I couldn't bring the food out to her because wingstop policy. I explained to him that I already told her that I would bring her the food and he said he didn't care and that she would have to come in and get it herself. Whenever the N.F.l playoffs where playing I changed the t.v to the n.f.l game and he told me I couldn't change the channel and that the channel was to always stay on the one channel he picks. The channel he picks just talks about previous games played... I was terminated because he didn't like what I had to say to him. This g.m drinks his life away and takes his pain out on others. The worst part about working with armando was the dude always looked like he was high on pain killers. It takes him all day to do a job that should take 30 minutes. He just sits at his computer collecting overtime. This dude is good at playing it professional and being nice but when nobody is watching he is rude and responds very child like. I've seen the g.m get into an argument with a customer and nearly fight him. Maybe if I worked at wingstop my entire life, I could someday be a g.m too. Best way to describe armando is he is VeRy arrogant and condescending!!!!!!!Updating my review; funny half these reviews are faked by the g.m... short guy with glasses. I would explain it as the chubby guy that always looks high on pain killers but aye; if you need your wingstop job that bad to fake your reviews... so be it.
