Nothing fancy, but better-than-average tex mex, as well as diner-style breakfasts. All the deer heads were a bit disconcerting, food was salty, but we had breakfast here twice during our stay because it was pretty decent! Breakfast potatoes were really yummy!
They were so busy we had to wait for a table. When a table for eight opened up, the couple in front of us invited us to join them. Then we ended up inviting a third couple to join us, and three sets of strangers met and fellowshiped while having breakfast at Lala’s! The service was great, and so was the food.

We ordered the Mexican plate to get a variety of items and because we thought the choice of meat was nice, (beef, chicken, fajita). They didn't have the fajita option and replaced it with beef without telling us. No big deal, but we also ordered the two enchiladas with chicken and got beef, and chicken in two of the tacos which should have been beef.
