The owner was super friendly and personable. There was a little bit of a wait, but no problem because he was slammed when we got there. The food was good and they have a nice amount of options on their menu. I had the lean brisket, potato salad, and bacon mac & cheese. Wasn't really a fan of the mac, but everything else was good. Even though this is a food truck, they have a nice amount of covered seating outside.

Another great trip to the Bent Rim! It’s over a three hour ride from my home in Waco, but makes for a wonderful day trip on my bike. The beautiful scenery of the Frio Canyon area can’t be beat. As always, the people were friendly, the food was outstanding and beverages are cold!

I have to say this is one of the best BBQs shops in Texas. The cooking is superb and the BBQ sauce is very gentle in your stomach but it does not lack in flavor. I will certainly come back and recommend.

What a find! Four of us shared three meats, beans and slaw -- and we loved every bite! Ribs fell off the bone and brisket juicy. Don't miss this little stop. CLEAN restrooms and wonderful service too. We will definitely be back. Very nicely done!

The barbecue here was really good. We had the brisket, sausage and ribs. Everything had good smoke and spice and the sauce was good also. The owner drove from his home to serve us and you don't forget that kind of service. Thanks from our family to yours.

Very friendly staff served up a delicious cheeseburger with yummy onion rings and a Coke. The bun also set this burger a part from the rest. Really hit the spot after several hours on my motorcycle. Great atmosphere and setting. Gift shop with biker gear and clothing is part of this great place.
